Best thing about this appartment was its location. Walking distance of China Town, Shianbashi, Dejima, Dejima harbour and tram station for easy access to other areas of the city. Best shower ever and it had a washing machine! Very reasonably priced.

Japanese washing machines are very different beasts from the average British model. Instruction manual would have been helpful but we managed to figure it out thanks to Google Translate and a spot of trial and error!

The location was great and the room was spacious. It was like an ordinary apartment. It served our purpose well.

Having a washer was good, but there was no dryer. Even if using the air dry capability, it took two days for the things to dry completely. Need an extra lighting in the bathroom by the mirror. Need a chest or shelves to store our items. No taxi driver can find the place even with the address.

The apartment is spacious and modern not being far away from China town and near a tram station. Convenience stores nearby for anything you might need.

Check in was a little more complicated than needed. It is self-check in that requires video call. The problem was the video call disconnected several times making the process challenging.

The unit was fantastic for a tall family of three adults. We didn’t use half the unit a it actually had 7 beds, two bathrooms two separate toilets, washing machine, full kitchen and lounge room. It was handy walk to shopping and restaurants and street car. Strongly recommend to any family.

Like new, very modern. we had everything we needed for a three night stay. Convenience store about 50 steps away! China town provided shopping and eating places across bridge.

Sofa cushions worn. If our day was longer we could’ve use some salt and pepper for cooking.

The signing in was a little difficult to he able to access the property but people were helpful when contacted on a screen & we managed.

Located on ground floor makes it easy to move around with luggage. The check in process is conducted thru video call. Easy.

The sofa is a bit too soft. Maybe dining table and chairs are better than sofa and coffee table?

Hard to locate the hotel as there was no signage.
