Beautiful property Room was perfect, gorgeous bathroom, views and bed. Location was also great

Staff could be a bit slow and didn’t seem to know things - like what time the bar closed and if they had a phone charger. This should be standard around reception, bar area etc

Hotel was peaceful and staff were friendly. Location was excellent.

Bathroom needed a small shelf to accommodate glass for teeth cleaning etc.

Great refurbishment of a very well positioned hotel within the lovely town of Llandudno. All staff were friendly and welcoming and made our stay at this hotel great, especially Marie our main dinner waitress. The quality of all of the food which our party enjoyed at our evening dinner was exceptional. We would all highly recommend this hotel.

Whilst the rooms are very well presented, we feel that a shower door would make the bathroom a little bit more comfortable as it was difficult to keep the non shower area from getting wet whilst showering.

The location, parking, the room itself and the hotel in general were all measured into my reasoning for picking this hotel above all others and I felt the hotel lived up to or in some cases surpassed my expectations, particularly the dining experience. The sea view in the room was worth the extra as it was the highlight of the stay, sitting on the window seat drinking a coffee watching the world go by, glorious.

The bathroom was cold and the towel radiator wasn't working for the duration of our stay which would have been beneficial as the temperature dropped in the evening.

Clean, newly decorated and spacious room. Well equipped withgood quality towels and toiletries. All staff friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for event at nearby theatre. By far the best hotel we have stayed in in Llandudno.

Bathroom was good for walk in shower but the basin was very small with no space for shaving equipment other than small wall basket. Toilet was too low for older people to use comfortably. OK for one night but inconvenient for longer stays,

The room was lovely with a great sea view we stayed because we were going to a concert at the venue next door and it couldn't have been more convenient.

I was a little disappointed in the food both for our evening meal and breakfast in the morning it was quite expensive for a small portion and not even that special, we also took a drink in the bar and were told that it would close at 11.00 but come 10.30 there were no staff serving and the bar was full of people.

Large and comfortable bedroom. Lovely shower. Restaurant was good for dinner.

Breakfast disappointed, but perhaps we picked unusual items? I've never had crispy onions in an eggs Benedict and the mushroom toast was bitter. A/C needs to be off when breakfast is being made so that the hotel room doesn't smell of frying food.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff. Very clean. Location good. Breakfast good. The room was at the back and noise from either an external boiler or motor, Windy 1st night and there was an annoying whistle through or against the window. Lovely room indeed.

Just the droning noise but little to complain about given the quality overall.

We both loved everything about it very clean modern lovely decor all around the hotel very very comfortable We have booked again for later in the year

The bedroom was too small for us I didn’t realise when I booked it was a small double but it was ok for the 2 nights we stayed so was my fault

The staff were very polite and helpful, the welsh breakfast was just sufficient and nicely cooked and the room on the 3rd floor with the sea view was roomy and comfortable. My wife said it had the wow factor.

The lift wasn't wide enough to fit a wheelchair in.
