I was in a Bungalow, a lot of space and everything seemed to be new. Friendly staff, also at the bar. Nice Beach with loungers infront, good Restaurant and cocktails. Very good location, if you want be near to everything, but still have some quiter place to go.

The Bungalows are very near too each other. They had to change my lock and I wasn't informed or had a notice on the door, no problem after checking with staff but I was confused. The staff was very keen on getting money after I got a cocktail at the bar and didn't payed immediately, maybe they should be told to relax with hotels guests.

Location is perfect, breakfast was good as well. And stuff is very nice

Stayed three nights here, & had a great trip. Area: the resort itself is very quiet, despite being a very short walk away from an area with lots of restaurants & bars. Staff: very friendly and helpful Restaurant: breakfast was excellent, a very good selection of fresh fruit & yoghurt / cereals / cooked items / omelettes made to order. Didn't eat here for lunch/dinner so can't comment on that. Room: was a good size & very clean, with tea/coffee facilities & a small fridge. Was quiet at night, which was great. Facilities: the pool is pretty much on the beach.

The hotel was very clean en the staff really are doing their best. The hotel is quiet and the beach is nicely integrated with the hotel. easy access to the nightlife area by foot, while having the rest in the hotel.

Breakfast could be better. I missed cheese and meat. I booked over booking .com and it was ok not to pay in advance but 3 days later I received a request for my personal email to send me a paylink in order to pay in advance or they would cancel the room.

Great location right on the beach (it’s calm water of course) with lounge chairs provided and you can get drinks and food served from the bar/restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection inc eggs cooked to order. The rooms are nice and very clean. It also backs onto the street where you can find heaps of restaurants, bars and shops.

Be careful what room you book. I was in a room in the main building which was fine and looked out over the resort, but the balcony is so small and no chairs provided. There are bigger rooms and villas.

Beachfront villa the furniture are old, dirty, full of stains and worn out. Not a villa but just a room Furniture is old and cheap The doors are closed by a latch that can easily be opened It’s not a villa because no kitchen. Is just a room There is no lock on the balcony. So dogs and other oeolle can enter it and sleep there The water in the bathroom runs poorly Very bad breakfast and full of flies Prices are ridiculous Cocktails are filled with water and ice and if you want it stronger you have to pay an additional 150 bath

The location is great, beautiful beach front, and walking distance to the central Samui. There are lots of shops, eateries nearby. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and diligent, keeping the rooms, facilities clean. Breakfast is good, has a good range of foods.

Situated directly on the beach, best location in the area. 30 seconds walk to all the restaurants, bars, markets and convenience stores in the area. We stayed a week and wish we stayed longer. Breakfast was amazing with so much fresh local fruit and omelettes cooked for you.

Location on nice beach protected by the reef & mangrove island. Main streets with shops, restaurants & bars was close enough for convenience, but far enough that it wasn’t noisy. Staff were very friendly.

Great location just on the edge of main street, so everything accessible but far enough away to ensure a good nights sleep. Rooms were really good, nice and clean and very comfortable. Must say the cleaning maids move like lightning, pop out for 10 minutes and your room is done , all credit to them .

The place has a superb location and a wonderful beach with a really nice bay bit what spoilt it for me and its no fault of the hotel was the fact that the sea in the bay had so much discarded plastic, crisp wrappers, sticking plasters and waste water bottles. If all the hotels on this bay could address this problem it really would be perfect. I will definitely return here.
