Excellent location and very nice stay on this hotel right on the beach front in Da Nang. The staff were lovely and welcoming always friendly and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was very comfortable and spacious, great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast which was included was varied and tasty especially the lovely lady who made scrambled eggs and the yogurts were the best! Shame we couldn’t use the pool as the weather wasn’t great but it looked a lovely area.

The gym was outdated and small so a bit of a negative for my husband who wanted to use it, he ended up going to the gym nearby. Otherwise nothing.

The whole place is really beautiful as always. Even the view outside the hotel never fails to amaze me. Staff are really accomodating and friendly. I had a wonderful stay at Serene Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine attentiveness. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel extra homey. The amenities were excellent, and the hotel’s overall atmosphere truly lives up to its name — calm, peaceful, and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location is very convenient for both exploring the area and having a quiet retreat. Everything went well 1) location 10 2) the room 10 3) professional friendly English understanding staff 10 4) VG breakfast 5) Beach straight across the road, beautiful clean beach . My Khe Beach 6) few streets away , many selections of restaurants, pharmacy , mini marts .. etc 7) room was cleaned well , in good modern condition 8) No shortage of taxi services waiting for you outside the hotel

The staff in general was very nice and welcoming. They let us do late checkout too. Kudos to the very cute staff supervisor Phu Quang who was very welcoming and hospitable. The room was very spacious and was identical to what was shown in picture while booking. The view from room was sea view and was also amazing because it had a direct sunrise view from window.

A small feedback about the glasses of window. They can be made of soundproof quality so that outside noise can be minimized. It didn't affect as we are from India and for us that isn't truly noise but is equivalent to vibrancy or life. (Plus we were tired enough to sleep peacefully regardless) So this is essentially for future guests

Good location, amazing view, the staff were nice, rooms are pretty clean.

There was mould everywhere, especially on the windowsills and door frames. There was also a musty smell in the air that might be coming from the mould. We had to change rooms because of the smell.

Amazing location, beach is just in front of the hotel (very nice beach bar as well). Room was very comfy with good working air condition. Breakfast - quite good with vegetarian options. We get a free upgrade (seeview room) and it was a great surprise. Late check out time (12 am) which was perfect!

Hotel staff was very kind and even too much helpful (I really didn’t expect pressing the elevator buttons for me or opening the door every single time - it was definitely too much, I feel tired of being followed). Breakfast was being served very early (6-9 am). I’d prefer a little bit longer period of time like till 10 am.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special we were a bit in hurry, nothing really impressed us. There was enough to feed yourself but could be more variations.

Room was cleaned every day, but there was quite much dust and garbage under the bed, unfortunately Ive got to look there when Ive dropped a bottle. Safe wasn’t working reliably.

The location is amazing. In front of the beach there is the My Khe Beach and China Sea. It's just the opposite of the hotel. The hotel staffs are very well mannered and humble. Tam and Hieu are the best and helped us to choose food and destinations based on our interest. We stayed in the hotel room 1203. It was totally a good stay.

The water got clogged sometimes in the basin. The breakfast menu should improve. Most of the items were pork based and since we don't eat pork (Muslim), it was difficult for us.

I booked this hotel because of the view and the location. It located quite nearby the most rated attractive beach in Da Nang (3 mins walking). The breakfast is also good.

I feel like their facility is quite old and looked like not clean at all. Compared with picture the advertised on B.com it was different.

Liked the location across from Mkee Beach with premier double sea view room on the 15th floor. View was sensational. Large room with bathtub/shower. Breakfast was excellent with many options for guests. Staff polite and deliver a high standard of service. Good value.
