Exceptional location and quality of room and service from staff. Room had a treehouse feel but when reflecting on the decor the design actually tells the story of history. Cleverly designed, Was so sad to leave. Food quality also very good and affordable. My first experience at a Halal alcohol free hotel and i loved it! Staff were so polite and dignified and the spa also caters for female guests. Felt very safe. Excellent deserts. Hot chocolate put me nicely to sleep by the wood fire. Great walking trails from hotel, panoramic view of Sarajevo and gondola down to old town.

- Great location, nice and quiet and in the mountains, Only 15 minute taxi ride or a 10 minute cable car ride from the city centre. Lots of nice hiking and walking trails nearby. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early at the hotel and they kindly gave us a room straight away. They gave us lots of good tips and advice on how to enjoy our stay. The front desk staff, Fuad, was especially nice and very helpful. - Room was lovely, spacious, clean, cozy and well furnished. - Facilities were great, lovely cafe/restaurant, nice size swimming pool and saunas. - Food was so delicious, from the breakfast to the restaurant menu and desserts. - 100% halal hotel meaning no pork or alcohol served. - We were able to checkout late for free too.

The staff's hospitability was outstanding. I would love to stay at Pino Nature for longer than one night because the rooms were comfortable and amazing, the view from the rooms was stunning, and the swimming pool and sauna were also good.

The property is located in a beautiful area, and we sighted wild horses and could hear the wolves at night, while being relatively close to the city centre (10 minutes by car). The room was extremely comfortable and as advertised; staff were the kindest, and accommodating. Overall a great stay away from the busy city centre. Food from the restaurant was delicious.

Room cleaning services were made at different hours (first day in the morning, then at 17:00 the next day). i would highly suggest that at least a part of the recent either has no music or ambient music - pop music was playing and it removed a bit of the beauty of the surroundings. We still recommend the property otherwise :)

Pino Nature Hotel is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature just a short drive from Sarajevo. It has hiking trails starting at the base of the hotel as well as fluffy dogs and beautiful, wild horses on site. The rooms are a good size, mine had a small balcony, ideal for reading and enjoying the sunset. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. From check-in to meals to check-out, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. There is plenty of parking making it super convenient for those driving in.

The room was large and well laid out, with very nice decor. The views out to the forest was amazing, we saw wild horses passing daily. The bed was a bit hard and very creaky. Breakfast had a really good variety, staff understood the need to have separate spoons for each dish. Very delicious and fresh. Ayla at reception made our stay very special, going over and beyond to help us with research for charities and tours. A true asset to the hotel.

The spa pool was too cold. We weren't able to use the sauna as it wasn't working. Our room was non-smoking, however the smoking area for the restaurant was directly below, and opening the window led to our room and all our clothes smelling of cigarettes.

The location, the food, and the staff are amazing.

Location is top, surrounded by the nature and the wood, the perfect place to relax outside of the city life. Breakfast is really top, the dinning menu could be better Room size is really big, not the european standard ;) The people are really nice and helpful

Unfortunately no alcohol is sold in the hotel or the restaurant, there was also no proactive information about that. The surronding is perfecto to have some glasses of wine. Price/perfomance of the restaurant is not for a 4* hotel, to less menues, price is ok for the portion but we expected much better. You have no shops in the near, you need a car to to back to Sarajevo

Unique accommodation with a nature theme that was very relaxing. The food was amazing. The staff beyond helpful and a perfect start on the mountain to unwind before heading down to Sarajevo to begin our Bosnian Adventure
