We had the most amazing stay at Residence Magdalena. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need and a balcony with the most amazing view! Ms Carolina is the kindest host, she has treated us with so much care, thank you Carolina! The location is perfect, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, cable cars. There is a laundry room as well which is so convenient. If you go to Ortisei, this is definitely the place to stay! We loved it!

Everything was perfect!

Very spacious apartment with a great view. The facilities were top notched. Located very close to the town center, it was easy to the two cable car stations.

The checking in times appear very strict and inflexible. We took a wrong turn around Bolzano while driving from the south and almost missed the 7:00 pm deadline. We did send text messages informing them about our situations but didn’t get any answer (which we didn’t expect but would have really appreciated).

Caroline was very helpful and recommended me some places to visit. The studio was very spacious with a nice mountain view from the balcony. The studio was well-maintained. They provide slippers and shower gels and shampoo. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but I guess these are usually not provided in apartment booking in Italy. They have utensils if you want to cook and dine in. Wifi worked well. The location is walking distance to nearby cable car such as Seceda and Mount Seuc and bus stop.

Though I stayed during summer (early July) but the temperature in the room could drop in the evening. i tried to adjust the thermometer but did not work. It was a nice stay until a family with a baby checked in next to my studio and I could hear the crying babe very clearly with the thin walls.

The convenience of direct access to the garage and ski room via a lift made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, while the tranquility of the location provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. In summary, Residence Magdalena offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

Everything was perfect! the friendly host, the organization of the parking, the places to relax in the huge garden, the quality of the interior finishes, the cupboards and the wood covering the walls, the comfort of the bed and the impeccable white linen, the bathroom, the shower, the lights, the white robes, the view from both balconies, all in one quiet location 3 minutes from the center

Excellent hotel. Very nice, kind and helpful hostess. The room was very beautiful, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located near the city center, within walking distance of the cable car to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi. The hotel has convenient parking, a lovely garden and of course a stunning view. Highly recommended for accommodation in the Dolomites area.

Everything, amazing new apartment with great interior and location.

This was our best stay during a three-week trip to Italy. The host is a second-generation innkeeper who lives in the building, a welcome relief from dealing with lockboxes and text message. Carolina was lovely, warm and welcoming and gave us many good tips for directions, hiking and food. As I recall the house has been in her family a couple of generations. They took advantage of early Covid era by doing a renovation and expansion. The apartment itself is stylishly redone with a really nice kitchenette, sitting area, and two balconies with amazing views. The yard is large with raised-bed vegetable and flower gardens, chickens, etc. We got a kick out of watching Carolina's son scoot around the yard on a toy ATV while clutching a fat rooster. You can walk to central Ortisei in about five minutes and only a few minutes more to the gondolas and a funicular. In three days we did three totally different hikes and a mountain bike ride.

Excellent location walking distance to bus stops around Val Gardena and Bolzano buses. Walking distance Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars and shopping area. 2 separate bathrooms. Spacious underground garage for cars. Check in times strict but can store luggage before check in and can leave car in garage after check out.

Living room, bathrooms are all separated, location is very good very close to cables. Nice garden and friendly for kids.

We booked a apartment with garden view, but didn’t know it was ground floor, ww have limited view and light. Enter the room we need to pass laundry room, which is noisy and not very tidy. Beds are small even for a couple. Kickten equipment needs a improvement. We see lizards in garden too.
