Flat was very clean, very comfortable living room with a special blanket for our dog. Kitchen area is really well equipped. Comfortable beds and en suite facilities. Beautifully decorated. In a really good location, so we parked the car up for our stay and were able to walk to all of our favourite places in Llandudno. Excellent value for money. This was our second stay and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you 😊

This property met all of our needs, so there was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is very quiet and is clean and comfortable. In the main entrance hall before you enter it does smell but they do allow dogs so this is understandable. The location is fantastic only 5 minutes walk to town or 10 minutes to the pier or nearest supermarket.

The only thing was I had a leak through the light in the kitchen. I never got anything to clean the water up or asked if I needed help just left me to do it myself. The only thing I could find was a cloth which I used to mop the floor with. The floors do get very wet and slippery with the showers. Probably putting a door on would stop the problem. Also in our bedroom no storage only a wardrobe and for a week’s stay is not enough for two of us. Only minor things would not put me off coming back.

The holiday flat was lovely and modern and very clean providing everything you need for a family stay and all cooking facilities, we ate in for main meals and was a pleasure to cook in the lovely stylish up to date kitchen. The location of the property was ideal for a short walk to the beach . The children also loved the flat and have already requested for a next stay to be planned here . The beds were very comfortable and a lovely living space to relax in the evening. Lovely to see a selection of family games also provided for use. It was a pleasure to stay and we will be planning to return again .

We've stayed in Llandudno countless times - but never in this lovely, residential area. A really bright apartment and lots of space for us all - everything included including dog blanket, treats and a much needed fan for this last sunny weekend. It was also really nice to actually have a personal welcome rather than a key safe. We have found the perfect base and will 100% stay there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to every point of interest with easy parking. Kevin and Janet have setup an amazing set of flats and provide the most comfort one could want on a trip. For the same price as a travelodge or Premier Inn, you get so much more value at Buile Hill. Local town centre and ASDA means you can travel light and buy supplies for meals and hygiene after you arrive. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Llandudno. On arrival Kevin showed us around and walked us through a carefully curated Guest welcome pack containing a helpful map of the area, recommendations for food and drink, siteseeing and contact details. We were allocated the ground floor flat which was very spacious, very comfy sitting area, excellent kitchen facilities, TV, Streaming services, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, iron, freezer, everything as promised on the ad and more. My kids were happy to see some board games provided. Freshly made beds and towels and hygiene basics were provided. The flat is decorated to a modern standard with paintings of conwy bay was a nice touch. A large 6 seater dining table meant we had our meals very comfortably. There was plenty of storage for luggage, clothes and food.

Noisy guests upstairs and single room right next to the front door made for noisy and rude 6-7am wake ups when I needed the rest and a lie in from a long day.

We stayed in the spacious family apartment on the second floor, and it was a delight. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Parking was convenient, WiFi strong, and just a five-minute walk to the town centre with nearby laundry and pub options. Though we had to leave a day early, I wouldn’t hesitate to return—it’s a splendid place that made our stay truly comfortable!

An older house with modernised facilities. Kitchen/lounge a good size. Modern bathroom. Very friendly hosts. Easy access to shops and the sea front (5mins/10mins). Very well equipped.

Nothing of any great impact or significance. There are always minor points that would better suit one's individual preferences in any accommodation. But to say 'didn't like' would be to exaggerate the impact.

Finished to a high standard, perfect size for a family of 3 or a couple, really clean and tidy. All utensils are great and not heavily worn or anything. Really nicely decorated amd the shower is absolutely lovely! Had trouble with sofa bed through own fault but the owners were really quick and really polite to help!

Just being nit picky now but the bed was too firm for me personally, a little tub of tea and coffee sachets would be nice (I always forget these so nice suprise when some apartments have them!) But again these are just little nit picky points they wouldn't put me off staying again.

Buile Hill Holiday Flats are in a good location to everything in Llandudno did not need to use out car why we were there.

Buile Hill Holiday Flats are spotless and got everything in them that you need for your stay. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a holiday in Llandudno. The lady who owes them is lovely to and if you do need anything she only lives next door .

The host welcomed us though we arrived later than the time expected. We were not sure what to expect but once we were inside everything looked perfect much more than we expected. The place is extremely clean, smart, spotless and well equipped with every essentials required. easy access very close to the shops restaurants, seaside and Venue Cymru I highly recommend this place

I can't say didn't like but maybe something to add on headboards for beds please and in the future maybe to change the stairways carpet
