Location was great, quiet, and had lots of trees. It's pet friendly, nice to see other people out walking their dogs too. Clean and comfortable after a long day of driving. They were willing to accommodate our 3 dogs, even with the 2 dog limit, which was helpful as after a day of traveling, we didn't have many options. I paid $10/pet per night, but we only stayed one night, so it was worth it.

I understand need for pet fee, but if staying more than one day, the daily pet fee could have got pricey quickly. The rooms are older, maintained well enough, but needing some TLC aesthetically in the bathroom/shower. But, nothing that impacted our stay negatively. Not their fault necessarily, but I didn't realize the Wi-Fi info was on the paper slip the room keys were in until I was leaving, so maybe having it posted, or proactively mentioning it at check-in would help. :)

This facility is bare bones great: the rooms are simply furnished but thoroughly accommodating …clean towels and linens. Bedspread/blanket were alittle worn, but clean. Since Covid aandvtraveking by vehicle, I bring my own covers and pillow. The rooms are a nice large size. There is great small kitchenette that has an actual small but full-sized refrigerator and roomy freezer, counter space with a small, clean glass cook top. The room that we stayed in had no carpeting, my preference. I spilled some water and when I wiped it up, there was no soil on the otherwise dampened towel. The air conditioning cooled nicely… hummed enough to cancel outside sounds. I loved being able to access my room from directly from parking. The outside had mature landscaping and was spacious …even offers a nice area to sit and cook out. Dog bags were made available. In the mornings, a staff member was seen policing/cleaning up the grounds and parking area. I especially appreciated the security. Every area of the property was under surveillance… on a huge TV screen on the lobby wall -visible by everyone , IN COLOR, DAY &NIGHT. I saw my vehicle in one of the at least 10 scenarios BEING LIVE STREAMED around the property. Leashed dogs rule was strictly enforced. The lobby offered a smorgasbord of snacks and drinks for purchase. The staff was thorough, professional, and serious stewards who actively monitored/responded consistently. The location is VERY QUIET-on a street OFF of 183. Next door, one of the best Mexican kitchens FOR delicious breakfast tacos and all day offerings/beer /margaritas -even visited by a well known Food Channel chef. Also a sizeable Dunkin Donuts-walkin/driveup . I emphasize this is a clean and simply appointed facility…no bells or whistles.. just utilitarian. I have family in the area. i will choose to stay here every time I visit. A comfortable stay with an even more affordable price.

Need newer bedspreads and blankets. Outside of the air conditioning looks dingy and need to be cleaned with a broom or blower.

Good value for the: price, location, and nearby amenities to the Austin area. Dunkin Donuts and the Taco shop on the corner are great places to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy to walk to, from the room. Lots of diners, and restaurants nearby as well. The Oasis restaurant is an amazing place!

Some of the neighboring rooms were a bit noisy, but not so bad that I would not consider it detrimental for my stay.

Miss Susan is very awesome I love the way she treat people nothing but much respect our love for this motel it is awesome for a reasonable price just to get away for a minute I love it

It's close to most of the areas where I like to shop at and you can pretty much take off and go anywhere from that location it's close to the highway

Young lady at the desk was very good. I enjoyed my night at Studio 6 so much, I booked another two nights there and I enjoyed that room even more

The building configurations and door numbering system is not as clear as I needed. The first attempt to find my room was frustrating.

Super friendly staff, tons of parking and such a nice studio 6 with the trees in the court yard and tables brings a certain warm feel to it. My room was great super spacious and the kitchen area was perfect for what i needed.

Shower handle was a bit tricky but eventually i got it to work.

I loved that it had a little kitchen so I could cook for my family, staff was nice also, loved I could park right in front of my room made it easy to load and unload my children.

Roaches and a water leak but last time I stayed here I had neither of those issues so I'm guessing its just this room

Having to pay $100 for a pet. And other miscellaneous fees that make your good deal on the price for the night, changed that.

Room was large. It was clean

Beds did not have top sheets It started tanning the evening before we were to leave We were in a pickup so our luggage had to go in the back of the truck and we had to leave 5am I went to the office to see if I could get four of thir large trash bags to put outer our suitcases. I even offered to pay for them but the lady at the desk just kept saying no. She had no passion for us at all

The fact that they send you all the way to the back of the hotel. I asked for a room on the 1st floor, and they sent me all the way to the end.
