Iconic hotel with some great features in keeping with hard rock. Rooms very clean and modern.

Light switches/heating is hard to work - over complicated as everything is button operated and would be very confusing for anyone not technically minded. Bathroom layout is strange with the sink inside the bedroom and nowhere to change after the shower if you were sharing a room

Beautiful hotel with stylish design. Nice breakfast, great choice of warm dishes, juices, but could be more options in cold cut( there were no bread rolls or sliced cheese) . Nice small fitness, with towels, water and fruits.. Very nice staff at the bar. Perfect location next to both National Opera and Operetta theatres. Many restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff at the reception. For sure will stay there happily again .

We planned to leave the car at the hotel garage but they were full and you cannot make any reservation which I found not very helpful for the guests...I lost about one hour to find parking place in garage on Dessewffy utca, where the price was more affordable ( 20 Euros per day )than the nearest one from the hotel which is Done Park Opera and had cosmic prices (more than 50 Euros per day) . This episode spoiled little bit the first impression. Mind that in Budapest they are charging strange way ..doesn't matter what time of day you get in ,if you stay till next day only 24h, you will pay full price for TWO days.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, had a great night sleep! Nice and quiet.

I was a bit disappointed that upon check out we were presented with a bill for £81 for the minibar when we only had one coke. Although the receptionist rectified the issue there was no apology or explanation given other than ‘the maid must have written the room number wrong’

Breakfast was good and the location was also good The Hotel was clean and nice for stay

The hotel staff made several mistakes with our reservation, the first mistake was to tell us we dont have breakfast in our reservations while we had. They checked it and confirmed we were correct. The second mistake was to charge us for the room while it was already paid to booking. We ask them several times are you sure it was not paid to booking and they said no. Of course it was paid by to booking and now we have to wait for the refund.

Didn’t like being questioned about not paying for breakfast every morning we stayed there, quite embarrassing in public and annoying staff at the reception blamed the system not good

Little problem with coffee in morning People standing in line and staff explaining to guests how to use Maschine always queuing people because of it Maschine is a nice gimmick but no more Except this, breakfast very nice with a lot to choose from Dinner food good dessert a bit weak Especially Japanese cheese cake was a normale mediocre cheese cake with some pineapple didn’t get it but overall good well prepared This would be the only two things that need some thinking to be done Overall very pleasant hotel and the staff makes it great

The bedrooms were smart. Digital light switches, etc. The separate toilet to the shower room. The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Very trendy nice hotel. Got to keep luggage there before we checked in, they allowed us to check in earlier than expected at 2pm instead of 3pm. After a long day of travelling it was HUGELY appreciated. Well located and we walked everywhere.

Pillows were too soft for my personal liking. The £150 security deposit we didn't get back straight away. In fact, five working days after we checked out we still didn't have it back in the bank so I had to call. Within minutes it landed in the bank.

The Pullman is in an excellent location for st Stephen’s basilica, Buda castle, parliament, the ruin bars, New York cafe, everything is near the hotel & within 10-15 minutes walk. We walked to the thermal baths too, which was less than 2miles and took about 40mins. Excellent reception staff speaking English & gave fab recommendations, nothing too much trouble. Rooms very clean, spacious & have everything including iron & board! Fab shower!! Very good choice of breakfast also. Loved this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, great location. Highly recommend.

There was no “bathroom” per se, it was a toilet and a shower each with their own door for privacy, however, the vanity was in the open meaning anyone staying in the room could see you get dressed/come out of the shower. If you are travelling with friends or simply like your privacy, this is something to keep in mind. Lucky for me, I was travelling with family so this wasn’t an issue for us, however, I could see this being an issue for many travellers for a number of reasons.

Breakfast was good with enough food selection The location is located in quite street but can access to the Budapest Opera House and main shopping street by short cut navigated by google map Distance from hotel to Danube River and main attractions within maxi 20 minutes by walking Hotel staff from reception to restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful information Hotel location can access some restaurants nearby only 5 to 10 minutes
