The hotel room was clean and spacious. I was traveling in a group of three so the third bed actually being a bed and not a sofa bed was great. The hotel room also had a kitchen, that was clean and fairly good equipped. The bathroom was also quite and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth and fast as was the check out. They also offered to store our luggage the next day and ordered us a taxi that was waiting for us when we arrived.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaned, especially the sink. There was also an old hair roller stuck to the curtain.

Location was great . W had a room for 3 people and it wA very spacious and clean and tidy .

Two things we didn’t like . 1. The double bed was like been on a rock . So hard it was unbelievable. There were two dents also in the mattress . Very uncomfortable. 2 . The breakfast was a rip off at €16 per person . No way was value for money . We got down about 10am and food was not warm and not a good selection . They’d need to look at this going forward.

This is a nice, central self-catering option - we enjoyed our stay. Not sure what some reviewers were expecting, it's serviced apartments rather than a full service hotel. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, due a refurbishment soon but still very presentable and welcoming. Housekeeping visited twice in our five night stay, without asking. Strong wifi, excellent transport connections and easy access to the pool and gym which are also used by members.

Nothing was terrible - reception desk not always staffed, but the vibe is relaxed. Our sink had no plug but we got one as soon as we asked.

Loved every single thing,we had the apartment lovely spacious comfy an had everything we wanted and needed,it was me my son an 2 nephews all 16 years old and loved the whole lot especially the fact got to have access to the gym and spa,staff very friendly and helpful all of them I really have to say would defo go back again not a bother thank you very much

Fantastic location so near to so many attractions, easy booking and check in. Really helpful guy at reception who gave us a map and some information we requested. Nice to have gym, pool etc on site. Was also a restaurant downstairs with breakfast available, i think was 16euro per day we didn't purchase. Also wifi very good in room, kitchenette had everything you could need, nice eating area and tv on the wall. Would recommend and would return.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, also the pillows. The room was perfect as a base to get your head down, could do with a freshen up on the paintwork and bathroom unit needs replacing. However still all useable.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient and it is within walking distance from the Parliament Building, Saint Stepehn Cathedral, and other points of interest. The parking opportunity (in the basement of the building) though expensive (20€ per day) is an advantage. Moreover, the free use of the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is also an extra advantage. There is a big supermarket 3 min walk away, so you can buy all the necessary stuff.

The furniture needs renovation. The bed that the kids used was not very stable. There was not a common table with chairs in the kitchen space but a high pass bar with stools, which was not convenient. The A/C system is not controlled by the room but it is probably centrally operated (you could not stop it if you did not want it)

Excellent location, 24hrs access, options for shops and bakery within minutes of walk.

Only one relatively small and slow lift for 7-8 floors so often ended up on stairs, spa was extemely busy (i suspect people off the steet were having membership and using it), bed was very firm for us but could be good for others. Overall its a good value

The staff were lovely. The pool and gym facilities were outstanding. Amazing location. Very safe and quiet. Lovely clean rooms. Really impressed with our whole stay and would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in budapest.

Bit of building work within the hotel caused some noise. Other than that though i don't have anything negative to say about our stay here. We loved it and appreciate the fantastic hospitality at the hotel and spa.

Good location, good sized rooms, excellent facilities, beds comfortable and reasonably clean. Hotel staff were very helpful, lift access, we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or gym but it was used frequently by other guest and gym members.

There were difficulties getting housekeeping to provide additional pillows and some noisy guests during the night. Nothing significant enough to complain about and it did not spoil our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The guys at the reception are friendly and accommodating. The apartment was correct and tidy. Parking per night is 25€, a ticket for public transport for 24 hours is less than 6€.

The welnes zone is intended more for training and sports activities than for relaxation.
