Amazing place. It’s like a dream

The property was very well equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff were very helpful upon arrival and throughout the stay. As we were visiting different destinations each day by car, the location was good for us.

The complex itself felt a little abandoned, you could see that there was a cafe or restaurant that was closed (we visited in august/ high season, so I don’t think this was the reason). Would have been nice to have something like that open considering there isn’t much walk distance, however the apartment does come with a full kitchen, so if you stock up, there’s no need for an on-site cafe.

Aldeia Azul is a small resort just outside Lagos (P), with a very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are good, high standards and a well-maintained garden and pool. Recreational facilities include a gym and outdoor events.

The restaurant seems to be struggling in attracting customers for dinner, even from those staying at Adeia Azul. An update of the concept with theme dinner evenings would certainly help. Lunch and drinks are available and good price/quality. Because of the location, a car is needed to visit Lagos.

Lovely calm feel to the resort. Staff were excellent particularly in the bar and restaurant. The food is very good. The facilities are amazing. I actually really like that cars have to stay in the car park and can only be driven to the chalets when arriving or leaving. It adds to the feeling of calm and the aesthetic of the place.

The gym equipment is really good and in great condition but the room is a bit cramped. Welcome on reception was very good but a bit on the cold side afterwards.

Very comfortable. We didn't have guests with with kids staying in the units near us so we get to enjoy fully its tranquility listening to the rustling of the leaves in the wind. I do love the blue walls painted all over the compound, with the flowers hanging from the entrance porch, it feels like an enchanting small village.

The restaurant and bar were not opened when we were there. Would be nice.

Excellent quality, very laid back and relaxed, plenty of space and great activities. Loved the pool, the decor and the fact we barely saw anyone. Staff were super responsive and kind.

Nothing. We loved it here. It’s not near the beaches and towns but this suited us as we had a car and wanted to be away from the crowds.

Beautiful maisonette house with terrace, garden, pools and lots of sport opportunities. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and super helpful at any time! We loved to get up in the morning and play Tennis! We will surely return to this beautiful place.

Beautiful resort for families. Rooms were clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable.

For some odd reason the terrace, terrace furniture and our towels that were drying on the terrace were wet in the morning while there was no signs of rain on the other areas. This might have been because of irrigation, but not sure. There was loud disco party happening on one of the evenings from around 5-9 pm. We were not informed about it.

We have been to Aldeia Azul for the third time. We like the location because it perfectly fits to our expectations. We like going to the beaches on the west coast which we can reach in about 30 minutes. Also we the city of Lagos with many shops and options for activities. This time we want to mention the extraordinary staff. The people at Aldeia Azul have been very friendly. Particularly we want to mention Liliana who is a Lagos local and who gave us a lot of tips where to go. Also she has been utmost friendly and we therefore came to restaurant at Aldeia Azul many times.

We love this resort! It was very clean, quiet and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very nice, including all employees at the restaurant. :) We wished we could have stayed longer! Next time we know we need to stay for at least a week! :) P.S. you need a car if you will book this resort (we rented one so we were fine!)
