Good location within walking distance of the main attractions. My room was quiet, if didn't face the road, and I could sleep soundly with the window open.

The room stank of cigarette smoke when I entered. I had to leave the window open all the time. Fortunately it was not noisy outside. I don't remember there being an option when I booked, perhaps I just didn't notice, but if you don't like cigarette smoke definitely request a non smoking room.

The property is located very close to the center of the town. Near everything you need. It is actually closer than it looks on the map. Staff is kind, helpful and ready to assist with whatever then are capable!

It is not that we didn’t like, but we couldn’t understand that the property has a paid parking which we could book earlier and use. That made us to park on the street. Even in booking we could find that they have a parking spots.

Our room was on a high level with a large openable window facing the street with lefty outlook and sunlight so it was nice. The window is double-glazed so it was quiet. The room décor is a bit dated but it is quite spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. It was clean and well equipped.

Modern style hotel, single room fine, fridge in room,comfortable bed, bathroom clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet style and good. Location good: 25 minutes walk from rail station, 5 from large park, 10 from shops and new town, 15 from old town and museums and art galleries, 15 from bar/resto district. If it bothers you, there is a fair amount of traffic noise if (as mine) your room fronts Tsar Boris iii Bvd. It didn't stop me sleeping but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a quiet room. I'd stay here again. Reception staff helpful, friendly and efficient.

Modern, simple, straightforward hotel. Close to the city centre.

Some things I didn’t like: 1) no proper chair in my room only a stool, so low that despite my length I could not work on the desk 2) the quilt on the bed was so thin that in combination with a airconditioning that could not be set hotter in the middle of the night I wake up from the cold. No extra blanket or zo was available.

Location,Clean rooms.Helpfull and friendly team. Especially,they helped a lot.I can recommend the hotel.If I go to plovdiv again I know where I can stay. 12 minutes by walking to Bus Station City Centre and Theatre. Thanks for early check-in too... Everything is 5 🌟 See you again

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable, the bed was comfortable, I slept through the night without hearing any noise what so ever, and the location was excellent. I very much recommend this hotel to anyone that just needs a good place to sleep while they're in Plovdiv. Especially considering the low price.

We had a superior double room with sofa for 2 nights. The room: the room was as expected from a 3* hotel. We had a minibar with complementary water bottles (free of charge). The bathroom was ok, the only strange thing was that the shower curtain was covering the sink as well, not only the shower area. Beds were comfortable, aircon was working. The windows had insect nets and the view from the window was nice, over the city and nearby hills. All good here and very clean. Breakfast: we had included breakfast. Maybe because there were only few customers, the breakfast was with few options to select from (I think 4 options). It was ok but not great. The coffee was good, from coffee beans machine and with multiple options (espresso, cappuccino etc). Parking: we had paid parking, reserved in advance. It was in an enclosed parking area, and we had our reserved parking slot. All good here (please inform at the reception in advance before getting to the hotel, since the entrance in the parking is not from the main street). Location: the location of the hotel is very good. It's close to the city center (10 minutes walk) and it's on a large boulevard with good surroundings. The hotel building is rather new and I think it's part of a business center building. There is elevator for the upper floors. Staff: nothing to complain here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Good option for visiting Plovdiv, close to city center (10 minutes walk from pedestrian area), with parking options, breakfast (even if not the best), and very clean rooms with good view. We appreciated the complementary water in the room. The price /quality ratio is very good.

I think the restaurant was configured for buffet breakfast, but not available during our stay. Except breakfast, there is nothing to complain about.

Great location, equally distant from the centre and one of the main bus station in Plovdiv (close to the main train station as well). The hotel is indeed nice, rooms are clean and the interior is well done. Nothing special, but comfortable and cosy. The price is very good. Especially if you book it through Booking.com, you can often get a very good price. Prices at the reception are higher. I wouldn't mind to visit the hotel again.

The staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. The room was very good. The A/C worked even without card in the receptacle. In the morning there were noises from the cleaning ladies, which was no really pleasant, but apart from that, despite being in the centre of the town, the room was exceptionally quiet.

There was a 10 lv fee included for the usage of the garage, which was not directly visible upon registration. The staff politely explained that it's price is not included in the stay. It turns out that the parking spaces are subject to availability (City centre), so in case you need to park, reserve early. The internal soundproofing have some room for improvement.
