We landed in Pensacola, went to our hotel. It was horrible. We had to find another hotel after midnight, we were able to find at this location. Front desk was very helpful. Even when we were living the hotel, I realized I packed our toothbrushes and she told us not to worry about and gave us 2 till we get into our next destination. She made sure we were happy when we were leaving the hotel. Thank you all!

We took the sign off so our room can get cleaned, we only had fresh towels placed this way on the picture. Other than the housekeeping, we had a great experience.

Big, comfy rooms. Fairly quiet despite being on a busy road. Comfortable beds. Check-in was quick and smooth. The bartender was friendly, and the wings were delicious while being affordable. I did not use the amenities such as the pool and workout room as I was there for a business trip and too tired after all day classes. Loved that they used Dove products for the shower/bathroom. Quite an upgrade from traditional hotel products.

Staff members were generally not welcoming. Nobody said good morning or good evening. Pretty much ignoring the customers as they pass in and out of the hotel. The cleaning staff did very little. I was there for 4 days and my bed was never made by them. All they did was change out my towels and replace my coffee that was used. They didn't touch my room, so I cleaned it myself. The drinks were way overpriced. $9 for one drink of titos and water. Titos cost is $20 a fifth. I understand making money, but that kind of markup is ridiculous.

I am from New Orleans, we have MANY great restaurants. But your chief Ralph has the best grits i ever tasted. I would wait to eat breakfast until Ralph put out his grits. The other person her name is Lisa was friendly and extremely helpful. The whole staff was fantastic. Also the front clerk Sonia was incredibly help and pleasant. In short I will stay there again.

Breakfast was a challenge because they only had one staff member cooking. They did not replenish the grits once they were gone so I didn't get any, the signs in front of the food were incorrect, and they ran out of syrup.

Please reassure your breakfast hours for the weekend are explained and shows at the time people make reservations. Also please take measures on how your employees provide excellent customer service. I can’t recommend this particular hotel to others due to the awful and embarrassing experience my family and I received from the employee working at the bar the morning of 8/5/24 at 6:34a.m😡

Service and cleanness, friendly staff, especially Ms. Kena at the front desk. She was very sweet and friendly, also very knowledgeable that helped all of my concerns made me very comfortable during the stay with her smile. Cleaning staff was really awesome, they are amazing!! I love the small details the cleaning staff did to my room. Very thorough job.

No complimentary breakfast. I wasn’t informed upon arrival. But the breakfast was nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and tables are always clean, very welcoming.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the hotel smelled nice. The ac was nice and cold, the handle bar in the shower, and the pads on the bed were pretty comfortable but I would like it to be a bit thicker for longer stays.

Sometimes our room was not cleaned by 3pm or we had to ask for it to be done. You need door hangs that stay on the door and say please clean or dnd if this continues. The directions to the hotel were wrong. The pool chairs could be replaced and cleaned as well as the hot tub. The hot tub had a bunch of sand at the bottom.

I loved the cleanliness, and it was very comfortable. :)

I didn’t like how hard it was to get in if you didn’t know where it is. I didn’t like their key system continually going out. Having to keep going downstairs so the keycard could be decided to the room. (Just so we could get in the room.) Didn’t like to have to pay extra for breakfast. Already paid extra to stay there. Thought the selection I chose with Booking.com included it.

Friendly staff all the way around. So many restaurants around the hotel too. I was quite surprised by this hotel, but the room looked just like the pictures. This location was not too far from the Pensacola Beach, about 30 min drive, which didn't seem too long as well!

I did not like paying an extra fee for breakfast. That was about it.
