Booked for the British GP at Silverstone, very convenient for the park & ride about 10 miles away. The accommodation is across the beer garden of a lovely old village pub. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfy and plenty of space for 2 people. The pub food was amazing and reasonably priced, we ate there both nights. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again.

The barn is next to the beer garden, which some people could find a bit noisy on a warm summer evening if it is busy. Not a problem for us as we were in the pub...

We loved the comfortable and spacious accommodation. There was everything you need ed for a goodnights sleep. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent with a huge varied restaurant to suit all tastes. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We hadn’t expected breakfast to be a do it yourself continental breakfast. There were juices, yoghurts, plenty of fresh fruit, toast and marmalade, tea and coffee but we expected a cooked breakfast as it was pub accommodation. We didn’t see this specified anywhere. The light in the bathroom could be better, but that’s a small issue.

Location. Own kitchen area in self contained barn conversion. Food served on premises. Friendly and welcoming staff. Dog friendly and treats and water offered to dog when we were waiting for food. All on one level. Good facilities. 11am vacating time. Excellent food in pub. Easy check in and check out.

Bed hard as nails! Like sleeping on a mortuary slab! But that is personal choice. I like sleeping in a bed rather than on it. The breakfast provisions were a bit haphazard. One guest gluten free and so all bread supplied was gluten free? Some of the fruit was over ripe. Cereals were gluten. The room was off the courtyard which had pub customers dining etc and so quite noisy until gone 10pm. But if you watched tv and turned volume up ok. Seemed to be a slight mix up with the meal bill. We initially paid for drinks as we bought them. Then when we ordered food a tab was opened and some of the previous paid drinks seem to appear on the tab too. It was only one glass of wine and one beer but seemed a bit disorganised.

Really lovely, spacious and dog friendly accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Comfy lounge furniture. Nice continental breakfast with fresh fruit bowl a nice touch. Slept really well in huge bed. Landlord and staff were all very welcoming and attentive. Delicious evening meal served in pub, wish we were staying longer!

Would have been nice to have a light above the mirror in the bathroom.

Loads of space, clean & well presented. Having bread, Milk, cereal, & fruit (and coffee, tea & fruit juice) on arrival adds value.

The bed is a little firm, and if the weathers nice, it can be a little loud being next to the beer garden of the pub. Although if you go for a some nice food and a drink in the pub, you’ll not worry about the noise :)

Fabulous room with lounge area and well equipped kitchenette, breakfast was great, staff enthusiastic and welcoming and meal choice and quality far above what was expected

If being really really picky! Parking was quite busy due to popularity of restaurant but not an issue and it was a really sunny afternoon with lots of people enjoying the sunshine

The breakfast was sufficient for the duration of our stay, with fruit, bread, etc available and we only had to ask for extra juice at the bar and it was made available. The staff and management were very effective and helpful when we had a slight medical emergency. Their care, concern and suport was much appreciated, our thanks to them all.

Lovely little property in pub grounds (which does excellent food & nice beer). Ideal for short stay overs and local to some lovely villages with gardens to visit, tea rooms and pubs.

Nothing - it’s a pleasant locals pub (friendly) so on summer eves you will know where you are!

We were expecting a large room with a small kitchen area. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Shown to our room which was a double room apartment in a converted barn. It was fantastic, breakfast was supplied, bed was large and comfortable. We were so impressed with everything.
