The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good! The location was within walking distance of Oakland Place mall, which has a lot of great shops and food options. If you are renting a car, they have a security guard for their limited parking spots and for the main door to the hotel.

The room was nice, but could use some different curtains. The curtains were thick. You either had the window open and exposed so you can get some air or you had to close the curtains and have no air circulation coming into the room. I would suggest some sheer curtains.

I have repeatedly asked: WHY they don't have towel racks is the bathrooms? They have one small towel rack, across the bathroom from the sink, for a hand towel to dry your hands after washing. They have room for two towel racks to hang your bath towels. Why do we have to leave our wet towels on the bed or hanging over the shower curtain rack? I have never understood the logic of this. It also means that they have to wash the towels every day, instead of re-using them the second. In a city like Guatemala, where the aquifer is drying out, why do they not let us re-use our towels by hanging them up on a dedicated towel rack????????

The location was good, it was in a walking distance to the big shopping mall Oakland Mall, and the Pop Vuh Museum. The room was spacious and really quiet, very comfortable. I really liked that there was a desk in the room. The garden was perfect for a short stroll before a breakfast, which was delicious.

The staff was both friendly and helpful. The environs were tranquil and inside like a quiet villa. The rooms were equipped with fans but it was still warm at night. The showers were a step down in the bathroom, so watch your footing!

Good for a ight in transit. The bed was perfect and blanket very well fit with the temperature. The shower place large enough.

Location is far from almost everything. Two remotes control for one TV is too much (generaly I give very negative rate only for this without any regret), but good TV channels were more than enough.

Big room, excellent shower with hot water and good water pressure, very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Easy walk to the Popol Vu museum and restaurants. Also nice walk to botanical garden and the food court in Zona 4 (the best areppa!). We stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed exploring Guatemala City. Bonus: the rooms open onto a lovely courtyard which we enjoyed in the evening.

Nothing - except it would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the courtyard during the evening. This seemed to be a difficult thing to accomplish as there wasn't a staff person to assist with this. Not a big issue, and we would still stay here again😊

I could go to restaurant after 20:00 PM because there were some restaurant near here. However, don't use hand phone near here. It's dangerous. Atmosphere of the building is so nice.

Friendly, communicative, and accommodating staff. The only hotel in the area that offers laundry service on Sundays, which is a big help for travelers who are stopping through for only one day. Easily arranged airport shuttles.

Wifi in the room wasn't the best, but manageable. You can walk to Zona 10 restaurants, maybe 0.7 miles to the main area, but Uber at night. It's a safe area for Guate City but better safe than sorry and it is a $3 Uber.

A middle-sized hotel in a quiet corner of Zona 10 in Guatemala City. The hotel is built in colonial style and the interior of the rooms is also kept in a colonial style, but the rooms are not as dark as other hotels of similar type. The hotel staff is exceptionally accommodating and fulfills even the most unusual requests. Overall, one of the best hotels in Guatemala City.
