The best part of the stay was the location—very convenient, just a short walk from Rome Termini station , and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the city easy.

The room was decent, but the toilet was extremely congested. The shower area was very small and uncomfortable to use—definitely not ideal for most guests. It would be much better if the bathroom space was improved. Also, there were no basic amenities like a glass to drink water or a kettle to make tea or coffee, which was quite disappointing.

Staff were very friendly. Arrived before check in time and had access to the room. Inside the hotel and room were both clean. Location was perfect it was close to everything.

The hotel entrance was very off putting. At night you could hear rats squealing. We checked out at 3am to be greeted by rats running around the outside of the hotel. At night coming back to the hotel would make it feel unsafe at times with gangs hanging around the street outside.

Our experience was great! Kind and smiling staff and always clean rooms. Location is very near to other popular places. Recommend!

Close to the train station

The location is decent, next to the Rome termini station. The staff are nice, they told me where to go and plan a route for me tailored to my time.

The bedroom is too simplistic. Only one bed and a sofa bed in the room and no chair and table. Also the hotel is still under construction, it is very loud in the morning and woke me up.

The receptionist was very helpful

around termini station the situation is disgusting, bums, drug addicts and garbage everywhere, but the station is really near. the room was on the top floor, that is, a very low attic, small, about 10 square meters, no elevator.

The bathroom didn't meet the expectations; small, no hooks, no toilet paper hook, ... They changed the door lock during the visit...

Good location, just a few blocks away from central train station. On foot 20-30 min away from colosseum and city centre. Friendly stuff.

The district is quite criminal. Be careful coming at the hotel after dark. There were rats on the entrance to the hotel. But none in the room. The water in the shower was either ice cold or after waiting for good 5min boiling hot. Room looks cheap and not really cozy, but everything was working.

The bad area, atmosphere though close to train station. I have been told there is luggage storage but we arrived early, there was no one so we can leave baggage.Reception is starting work after 9am.
