I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the beach and town (walking distance....no need to use the car just to be stuck in traffic and then pay for parking.. I also liked that the hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and that the staff made you feel welcome. I do think that having two pools is great (one indoor, and outdoor) in the event the weather does not cooperate.

I wish that the cleaning service was twice a week as opposed to just every Sunday. Maybe a Wednesday and Sunday schedule.

Awoke abruptly to lightening and loud clap of thunder. Which hotel can not control. But then heard a bit of commotion outside our room in parking lot. Firetruck with engine running , lights on. Hmmm I will call front desk, no one answers, but a phone number to call. It's dark,no paper or pen to call number. So I go to the hallway, I can now hear fire alarms (rooms are soundproof) I rush to main foyer and find firefighters. Very calm and ask if We should evacuate? Told we should have already, and asked if anyone available who works here? Um we are guests.... should we leave? It all seems ok is the response. I return to our room, where my husband goes right back to bed. Me on the other hand vigilant to stay awake and guard us. So hotel is great, clean, and soundproof. However, my one night of peace and relaxation away from life's chaos was a bit nerve wracking. I believe we were The Only guests, and staff on-site last evening!!! Not feeling safe knowing this could have ended very differently.

Place is clean,bed was comfortable !!

Hot tub too small and dangerous, hard stone,narrow,if you slip,you're all done,the people at front desk didn't know what was going on at check in,showed up a little early,2:20,was told it would be 15or 20 minutes, waited until 3:20,check in is 3:00,the manager came to my rescue, handed me an envelope with the key cards,never explained anything, the buildings are not clearly marked,so had to ask maintenance where the unit was located,other than that, it wasn't too bad !!!

The room was excellent very clean comfortable, breakfast was really good, the desk staff was very nice and very helpful Raspberries had excellent breakfast and the staff was great maybe lunch and dinner would have been nice option The complimentary drink was outstanding sat by they fire and had a drink it was really nice

Tried to talk to a maid not even anything major just a question looked at us like were bugs very rude not interested couldn’t even get a good morning Vending machine almost empty couldn’t get a Diet Coke for nothing or anything diet No Ubers or Lyfts you should warn guests when they tell you they are coming by train to call the one and only taxi company in town , almost went home couldn’t get to the hotel stranded at the wells train station

The property was well kept up. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Special touch was having a nice robe and slippers. I also liked having the option of a mug or a to go cup for my morning coffee. Even though we did not eat at the restaurant it was nice having one on the premises for breakfast and for happy hour. It was an easy walk into town or you were able to catch the trolley, the stop was outside the door.

Everything was excellent, gave us to great places to dine . New England fish restaurant , and Angelina’s very close by . The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and priced just right. The room was spotless as was the entire hotel. Will definitely stay there again . Close to downtown area’s and beach as well as the marginal way .

All was great , an extra blanket for the bed in the room would have been convenient. We did receive one from the very friendly staff at the front desk.

The rooms are clean, well appointed, and cozy. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant offered exceptional service. The cost per night was very reasonable for the time of year. Although not beach front, the location is very convenient to Ogunquit (town and beach) or to Moody Beach/North Beach, Wells.

While the service in the restaurant was great and the prices fair, the breakfast meal we had was a bit disappointing. The eggs on the benedict were overcooked and the home fries seemed like frozen potatoes and lacked flavor.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The grounds were kept very well and the pools and facilities were all well maintained and very clean. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant did not disappoint! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and helpful findong attractions.

The clothes washing facility was too small with only 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the washers was broken. Laundry could be a little larger and have more modern machines for a hotel this size serving a beach community.

It is very clean and the location is great.

The breakfast was not great. Has avocado toast here in the past, which was excited for it. The toast was warmed bread basically. No roasted tomatoes now, just small chopped, raw ones, no spices, and was bland. Very disappointed. My Mom ordered the granola and fruit which was a third of the size and lacked the variety of fruit it had in the past.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good location for walking to other restaurants or taking the Trolley.

Maid service is only provided every three days. When I am on vacation I don't like having to make my bed! Could use glasses in the bathroom. No newspapers or brochures in the lobby that highlight places to go.
