Amazing value for money! If you’re looking to stay near the Disney parks on a budget, this is the perfect hotel. We chose this place because the rooms have a full kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed. There are four pools onsite, all lovely and clean, and the rooms were spotless as well. The staff were fantastic—when we arrived, our dishwasher was broken, but maintenance was sent immediately to fix it. Even when the new part didn’t work, they arranged for a new dishwasher the same day. Great service all around!

The only downside to the property was that our room felt a bit dated. I’ve heard they have newer, modern rooms so I’d probably request one of those next time. There was also a damp smell in the room that unfortunately transferred to our clothes, so we’ve had to wash everything since returning home. That being said, despite these issues, we wouldn’t rule out staying here again due to the great value and overall positive experience.

For the value, the place is great. Clean, convenient, close to all facilities. You will need a car to get around and there's lots of parking. There are lots of activities for the kids to do if you want to stay within the resort. There are ongoing renovations and maintenance when we were there, so we know next time it will be better. The swimming pool was clean and warm. One pool has a hot tub and the other one has the kiddy pool. The room was amazingly big. Has a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. 2 patios that's fully screened so the bugs doesn't come in. We had a late night dinner outside in the patio and was amazed with how quiet and peaceful it was. All in all the place met our expectations.

Nothing!!

My parents are owners and I have been coming to blue tree for 32 years now! so this is the place that I’m used to which is in the perfect spot across from Disney, has everything I’d want and need and I just feel comfortable here.

This area is becoming very congested! I love blue tree, but I do not love the fact of not coming back at night and having a place to park close to my room! I don’t know if there’s just not enough parks for each room to have one spot or there are numerous vehicles coming to park for one room which takes up other spots. Whatever the case, it is getting out of hand, especially spring break time!

Room was large, lots of amenities in the room Washer and dryer was nice. Needed a first floor unit and staff was able to accommodate us. Property well maintained. Pools were great. Mini golf course well maintained. Lots of activities for children. Location is great. Close to Disney Springs 10 min drive. Walking distance to a WAWA, dollar store, and Steak and Shake. 15 min to Sea World, Disney etc.

Room had a musty smell. Did not see any mildew but it looked like the room had a fresh coat of paint to hide it. Floors were dirty. Not mopped. Room had a vacuum and broom, dust pan but no mop to wash tile floors. 1 pillow case had stains and mold on it. Makes you think they did not change sheets. Thank God for private Washer and dryer.

Convenient and clean

The tiles on floor was broken. The hot tub did not work. The water didn't stay hot for more than 5 mins. And the room smelt bit musty. I think they put us in rooms that were older since we used booking.com. it wasn't bad it just wasn't the great experience we had previously.

I had minimal contact with the staff, but they were appropriately friendly. The room was clean. The location is very good for Walt Disney World parks.

We didn't stay for our whole reservation due to family illness. There are too many speed bumps--and they are all too tall--and where the majority are located, you cannot maneuver your vehicle so that both of your front wheels or both of your back wheels go over the speed bumps at the same time, so almost every speedbump equates to four rocking/jarring bumps (even at very low speed). Speed bumps are great, but they should be better placed and not as tall (and perhaps, not as many).

Great selection of swimming pools which we used every day. Really friendly staff, even the ground staff who always said hello as you passed. The deluxe room suite was enormous, just like having your own villa! In fact we have decided to not bother with villas again and save loads of money by getting a deluxe suite again in the future. The suite was cleaned regularly and reset to just how we arrived. Reception staff were very very good, always friendly and helpful!

It's probaly a little picky but our room was starting to show some signs of age, cracked bathroom tiles, un matching curtains and balustrades, but you could tell that Westgate Resorts were doing lots of work on site to keep on top of this. One of the pools was closed while we were there, it would have been nice to be forewarned of this before our visit. It did not bother us as there were 4 other pools to use, but for some it did as it was the bigger main one.

This is a perfect location to stay to visit the theme parks. It's 10 minutes in one direction to Disney and 10 minutes in the other direction to Universal. There are plenty of places to eat locally. We stayed in the two bed suite. There was a double in one room with a shower and a whirlpool bath in the ensuite. The other had two single beds and a separate bathroom (shower over bath). The kitchen had a full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There was a washing machine and dryer.

The accommodation is perfectly serviceable but it does look dated (the carpets need replacing or removing and a new floor putting in) but this did not bother us and it would be why it was such good value to stay here.

The part of the resort that we stayed in was most definitely outdated. I’m ok with that since our unit was still clean. It’s not the Ritz Carleton but the condos have everything you need to make your stay feel comfortable and like home. The staff is amazing and the amenities are what keep bringing us back! This was our 2nd time staying here and won’t be our last. The price, location and amenities are perfect when looking for an affordable place to stay near all the theme parks. Can’t wait til our next visit!

Upon our arrival after midnight (we drove from NY), we got in exhausted and ready to just get into our room and sleep. They went through everything for the resort, and our suite quickly and efficiently. After realizing that we were on the 3rd floor, and there were no elevators, we went back to talk to registration as I was renting a scooter for the week due to needing a knee replacement and going to the parks. I needed a way to charge it each night. So, I explained that to the desk (and yes I am aware that I should have called ahead, but I assumed there were elevators). They were extremely accommodating and rearranged to give us a room on the ground floor my scooter. We exchanged for the new keys and we got all settled in. They have all the amenities you could ask for including daily activities! Our suite was a King Deluxe, and had everything you could need, except for food. They have an onsite store for anything you may have missed from home. They also offer a shuttle to the parks, however the times weren't super convenient for us, and they do NOT allow a scooter on the shuttles, so keep that in mind. We didn't mind driving and parking so that wasn't a huge deal. We happened to be there during a time when they have pest control come through (monthly) with a dog to ensure there are no pests in the suites/rooms. Security comes around with them, so it is all safe. They also offer towel exchanges 2 times per week, or upon request. They also come in once a week and completely clean your room/suite and even did our dishes, changed our bedding and vacuumed, mopped and wiped everything down and re-did the cute little towel animals in the bathrooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful! We did go to one activity on a rest day, and did ceramic painting. The lovely lady running that allowed us to stay as long as we wanted to complete our projects, and it was very affordable (one for 6 dollars or 2 for 10 dollars).

The only thing that could have been better (and it was a minor issue) was the salt and pepper shakers they give you a really tiny. We went back to ask for new ones every day or two. Also, it would be nice if the shuttles to the parks offered handicapped seating (they had no ability to accommodate a scooter, or so we were told at registration).
