New hostel with great rooms, beds and host. Beautiful views and quiet, despite being on the main road (20 mins outside Petra). Excellent wi-fi. Kettle/kitchen/water refills. Make sure you check out Sahatain for local bread and pastries (about 10 mins away on the road to Petra). You can bake bread with local women in a working village bakery plus have the most delicious Jordanian breakfast, all for 8JD pp. Sets you up for a full day of hiking in Petra. It was one of the best experiences of our time in Jordan and we honestly would never have discovered it, had we not stayed at this hostel.

Bathrooms could be a little cleaner but overall didn't bother us and we were very happy with our stay (stayed an extra night)

All was perfect for me, the house is new, the beds are really contable. We enjoy a delicious dinner made by the owner and was delicious and traditional. He was always asking if we need help, was really kind. It is 20 min by car from Petra you can park in front of the house and the house also has a really good view. I will recommend this place is amazing.

Very nice host and very good price. Location is ok if you travel by car. Room was nice and spacious. No other guests stayed at the property when i was visiting so I had the place all for myself:)

It was rather cold

The Bedouin and traditional character of the place suggests a wonderful calm and serenity. A relatively quiet place, very clean, a delicious and traditional breakfast.

A wonderful experience. Waleed was extremely nice and helpful. He even cooked traditional dinner for us. It was awesome. I think this is the best place to stay if you visit Petra with a car.
