Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Helpful, welcoming. Shuttle drivers (both night and next day) were courteous and --more important--careful on the terrible icy roads. Both had to adjust the route to or from airport to find safe roads.

The breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage. But otherwise was mediocre. well, typical is probably fair. No fresh fruit or yogurt. The coffee was hot and good.

Loved the room with high ceilings! It was clean and big.

It was close to the train station so the train horn went on through the night. We also had a strange experience with the front desk staff acting awkward and judgey after we told them we were only staying for the night.

Breakfast fits into the US standard, meaning, a flakes stand with 3 options, pancakes - hot, bottled juices, cakes / muffins, scrambled eggs and of course, bread! Typical fare. I would say healthy and comfortable. Room was just adequate for 3-4 people. A little large one would have been more comfortable. But no chairs or tables. Maybe if they did put some chairs, the space could become cramped! We were 3 staying in the room with 2 queen size beds!. Beds were pretty comfortable, clean blankets, towels, etc., Bathrooms were clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 days. Enjoyed the stay! It was close to the railway station and we could just walk from there. Not to forget the airport pick up and drop! Very comfortable. I should mention Bella for her support.

Too tough on the checkout deadline. Would have liked a little flexibility there. But then, if they could not accommodate we need to take it. Otherwise no major complaints.

I like how you are pet friendly and how there is a morning breakfast. I will stay there in the futher also because I love how your right next to the ship creek and a trail to go for a walk about. Anyways thank you for the clean rooms and comfort. IT IS NICE AND quiet at night

one thing that is a down fall for the hotel is the swimming pool is very nasty dirty and I was hoping to take a dip for a swimersize but I got very disappointed when I seen how dirty the pool was but other then that I love to stay at your hotel and will stay there in the futher.

Staff was wonderful. The room was very nice and modern with a lovely view of the river eith walking trails. The breakfast was nice and the complimentary shuttle was a big plus for us.

A bit far to walk to the downtown area. Older property, and they are still working on updating it.

Room is a good size, bed and pillows were clean and comfy. The room, sink, bathroom were clean. I’m not big on breakfast , it was basic and okay. Nice and quiet, that is from humans related noise standpoint. Property outside looked clean and maintained. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

The loud train horn can startle anyone out of their bed sheets, especially at 2-3 in the morning when people are sound asleep. The carpet is in serious need of upgrading, it’s filthy mostly everywhere. My credit card was charged before I even made it to the property, even though when booking the room, it said no PREpayment needed. At same time this charge was done, I was at the airport renting a vehicle, when tried to pay for the rental the credit card declined payment because of an alert. It took me several hours at the airport trying to clear out the issue.

room was very clean and comfortable. staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. additional kudos for the shuttle service and drivers. got picked up promptly and they were insightful as to what attractions, good restaurants and great shopping were in the immediate area. saved me a lot of time seraching and guesswork.

parking lot could use a bit of work, but this is more of a city issue i think.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly and the facility was clean. We were there in June and the blackout curtains made the room dark enough to sleep in. The hotel is easy walking distance to downtown, which was a plus.

The room was way too dark, and could use an upgrade in lighting, with a few lamps. It was a challenge to see my suitcase if the curtains were closed. Breakfast was just so so, even by hotel free breakfast standards.

We arrived at a different terminal than the one their free shuttle usually has as a pick-up place. Niko, front desk, arranged for us to be picked up anyway - we had two people in our group who have limited mobility so it was especially appreciated!

The breakfast could use some work. Some plain yogurt and hard boiled eggs would be simple healthy additions.
