The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was GREAT!

The USB charging ports didn't work. My refrigerator was OFF when I arrived. The alarm clock by the bed had the wrong time and I couldn't change it. LOTS of kids running, talking, laughing outside my door and in the hall VERY late at night, which made for sleepless nights. Being awakened by the fire alarm and having to dress and go out in the COLD at 1:30 AM. (I realize that wasn't your fault.)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and the reception in the afternoon was nice too. The room was large and very comfortable. We come into Anchorage for shopping once every 3 months or so. This hotel is a great place to stay. You have plenty of room to keep totes. Check out isn't until 12. That extra hour helps a ton when you are trying to get things organized before the flight back home.

The hotel has a bit of wear and tare, but nothing is horrible. It didn't affect our stay, but it was worth mentioning to new guests.

Seemed quite expensive, but that's probably because of location (Alaska). Our pullout bed was so uncomfortable, two of our party slept (one) on the floor and (one) on the sofa (they didn't use the sofa bed.mattress).

Very fun and cute hotel, loved the library with the pool table and the gym.

Things felt run down a bit. Children running everywhere unattended. Kids came in the gym while my husband and I were working out. Jumping on all the machines And disrespectful. We had to ask them to leave. Staff were short and rude.

Good location and good breakfast

The booking done with booking. Com said that there will be two rooms with king bed. That wasn’t an option when I reached the hotel and they gave a room with two queen beds. Was disappointed with booking. com for the incorrect description

It's Embassy Suites so what is there not to like? The unit is practically a one bedroom apartment. It has a washer and dryer. it has a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. It even has a desk if you need to work. The bed is extremely comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the staff is friendly and helpful. It has an on-site bar and restaurant. A nice breakfast spread is served and you can order an omelette to your liking. It's so comfortable that sometimes I don't want to leave the hotel. Moose's Tooth Pizzeria is around the corner so you are not far for a good pizza.

It's not in Downtown but in Midtown. The upside is that you don't have to pay Downtown prices.

Lovely pre dinner drinks (two each) and nibbles were provided and our meal at the restaurant was fantastic! Breakfast was great as well. Close to a supermarket. Nice spacious rooms. Able to leave our bags in storage on early arrival and late checkout.

Rooms are a bit dark but nothing major, a little bit out of the main town but a nice little area all the same

Excellent food, ate at both the restaurant for dinner and included breakfast buffet. Made to order omelets and French toast were divine. Lots of quick options also. Our kids loved it.

Needed more pillows for pull out couch bed but hotel was out. Otherwise exceeded all expectations.

To summarize: 1. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. 2. The property was good, in general Anchorage isn't known for having grandiose lodging so be sure to reset / reassess your expectations 3. The location was just ok 4. Most of the staff were friendly 5. Had to request room service wasn't too thrilled about that (I miss the times where this was the standard) Overall, good property and value for the money, I would definitely consider staying here again if traveling to Anchorage again

We had a room for two people and a room for four people, we stayed at the hotel two different times a week apart, both times they did not set up the room for four people properly, it should’ve had twice as much towels, pillows, chocolate mints, etc…. since there were four people instead of two, I complained multiple times, you need to change this so when people check in you guys automatically deliver more things to the room when there are more people, It is your job to make this happen not the people staying, this is a management problem and bad for the company and your reputation. Make a change to the check in practice when more than two people check-in and it needs to change at all embassy suites everywhere. if you want to be seen as a premier hotel you have to do better.
