Front desk and all the staff that helped everything run smoothly was amazing to see! Roselia is so good at her job! She works with integrity. She is professional and firm, but just genuine and helpful at the same time.

It is in a tiny bit of a rough area, but there are so many nice places nearby that are convenient. We felt completely safe in the hotel, but if you wandered west too far, it changes. I would totally stay here again. We have a pet here with us and it was so easy and we ran into zero problems! So grateful that we even extended our stay here an extra night!

The property is clean and well located within a 10 minute drive from downtown Anchorage and the Ted Stevens Airport. Roselia deserves a special mention for her outstanding service and attention. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

The property is overpriced in my opinion even by Alaska standards. The breakfast was just okay and the room very standard fare, albeit clean. Despite this, we paid $275/night. Ouch!

Staff was not friendly and talked as minimally as possible as she listened to her airpod under her hair. She did not tell us about amenities. I had forgotten that there was a free breakfast, and no one said anything about it. I was coming in for my dad's funeral. So, I would have accepted anything that could have helped make things easier for the week.

I was mainly in my room or away for most of the time. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room was nice and cool. Theres really not much to say however. It was a standard hotel with a great price. I also liked the maid service.

Nothing to say here, its not like I tried to find something I didn't like about the place. I was mainly in my room and away though, so I didn't notice anything bad about the placce. I guess I didn't like that the bathroom in the hotel rooms didn't have locks. Like I get its in your room, but I was in a room with my friend and still want privacy.

Property was clean. Staff were very helpful and obliging. We arrived at 3am and were able to get picked up from the airport and we were allowed an early check in at a reasonable price. It included breakfast which was an added bonus. Keep it up. Next time include chicken sausages as an option for breakfast.

Comfortable clean room and king sized bed very relaxing great free complimentary breakfast if you aren’t on a specific diet and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about the room. Location was close to everything

Parking lot wasn’t properly plowed neither was anywhere else in the city. Parking was severely lacking in space and you might hear a plane taking off or landing faintly. People say the location didn’t make them feel safe in other reviews but don’t know that’s what everywhere in Alaska looks like before visiting and must keep in mind Alaska’s violent crime rate is 8.4 per 1,000 people, more than double the national average (US 4.0). Rape accounts for 18% of all violent crime in Alaska, which is the seventh-highest in the nation and 8 percentage points above the national average and in 2021 Alaska had the biggest increase in overdoses in the nation. Alaska is great for seeing untouched land and nature but you’re not going to feel safe anywhere

The location to the airport is good. The staff was really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The rooms were nice and modern. The bathroom was small but clean and seemed newer. The shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful in getting us to the airport.

Unfortunately, the room could have been cleaner. There was dust on some fixtures and a bottle cap on the rug from a previous occupant.

It was clean and your shuttle service staff and accommodations were superb. Room was in the first floor and liked that I could have my dog and cat with me.

No light in the bathroom, room was very tiny and someone tried to get in my room at night.

Location was good. I did not eat breakfast there.

The King bed sunk down on the side I slept on. Definitely needs replacement. It was still comfortable, but noticeably sunk down. Since I paid thru Booking.com you still owe me a proper receipt, right?

it was surprisingly nice. breakfast was pretty good it was comfortable and most of the time, quiet. I enjoyed my week there.

i think they need a stronger vacuum.
