Very good location, S1 bus from BKK airport stops 5 mins from hotel, Golden Buddha and Chinatown are within walkable distance. Buses to Golden palace are also availabe. Very good breakfast with wide range of hot and cold meal. Very nice pool area on floor 11th where the hotel starts. There is a market every day in the nearby streets. Early check-in was possible for additional 500 THB at 8 am.

A bit "old-school", would need some refreshment but overall very good value for reasonable price in the city center.

Bobae market is great for shopping. You dont need to look further for clothes. Two swimming pools are very convenient for sunbathing in the centre of a metropol city. Clean pool areas. Spacious family room, with 2 bedrooms and kiving room/kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wardrobes in the bedrooms. Lots of taxies and tuk tuks outside. Location central, close to other parts of centre. Very convenient and cheap express boat just outside the hotel. Two 7/11 market at the building.

The room had a kitchen but no plates or cutlery. Room service wasn't automatically daily. Only when asked. The hotel has 3 buildings, which made it puzzling to find places like pools, reception, breakfast, and so on. There aren't any bars, restaurants, or kiosks nearby for late night drinks and snacks.

It’s a huge complex building, and whether you like it or not, you will definitely get your 10k steps a day easily. And because of the grand size of it all, they do offer a good variation in the amenities. Breakfast was very good and diverse. The gym had a lot of useful equipment. And there are two beautiful pools. One of them is rarely used, maybe because you need a treasure map to locate it.

This place should be renamed to Hotel California. On our first day, it took us more than 20 minutes, just to get outside. There are too many floors, hallways, banquet halls and especially elevators that don’t go to ground floors. I actually really liked the scavenger hunt of getting to know this hotel. But a lot of elderly couples there were confused and exhausted of wandering for days. Little bit cruel to place them on the farthest side without any proper explanation. The staff doesn’t explain anything about the layout, and maybe it’s to much work for such a busy hotel. Maybe a small map in each room could help.

Excellent courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing! Different cuisines / variety of food available and staff running it like clock work. Quality food.

Location was in an area with not much going on, so needed tuk tuk or taxi each day to visit tourist attractions.

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Living room and kitchen area were quite large. Gym was good size with free weights and pin weight gym machines. 2 pools, one with bar and fantastic city views.The breakfast smorgasbord was huge, catering to a variety of ethnic tastes. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in over 8 countries we have travelled in last 12 months.Hotel had a number of different restaurants/ cafes for eating however be prepared to pay a premium for the convenience. And although hotel location was an approx 20 - 30 minute drive to the Bangcock CBD it was a very short and convenient connection via longtail boat with a boat station right beside the hotel. 12 baht and your in the city centre within 6 or 7 minutes.

Hotel complex contains 3 x tower buildings. So unless your accommodation is in the same building as Reception (Tower A , level 11) can be quite a walk from your room to get out down to the ground floor. Although the gym had, at first sight, a good variety of exercise machines, about 30 - 40% of them were "out of order" signs on them. Since there were quite a few, it reflected that they have been broken for a long time and that management have no service plan to fix them it seems, dissapointing. Not a lot of choice outside of the hotel for eating as the area was devoid of restaurants.

Hotel is vey big with lot of facilities and located close the ferry and transport accessible. Food was good and room was nice to have. Building consist of both new and old (renovation done). Water was provided free daily and housekeeping did cleaning- when tag was out. Overall stay was good.

Staff are not to the same level, poor service and does not understand English (reception). Room had pest in bathroom , had to inform twice to have it sprayed or cleaned deeply. Room had missing iron, no tea towel, napkins, and any cutlery , as the room I had 2 bedroom suite with sink/ fridge, storage etc. Only was provided some items despite requesting many times. Housekeeping was ok but missing cleaning of area each day. They forget topping up shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper provided on day by day basis. Shampoo and shower gel was diluted (mix with water).

Close to main tourist attractions in the city. Has 7-Eleven store right in the building. Nice view from the top floors

The Pub didn’t work on Sunday due to some meeting activities at conference center.

The staff were friendly, consistently attentive, and quick to address any concerns I had, ensuring that I felt cared for throughout my visit. The spa services were another highlight; the spa team was professional and welcoming, making each treatment both refreshing and rejuvenating.

I encountered no negative experiences during my stay—there were no bad vibes or areas in need of significant change, as everything worked seamlessly. In short, my stay was an absolutely memorable experience filled with comfort, convenience, and unparalleled service.

Located close to town, about 20 minutes with cab. Downloaded the taxi app "Grab" have very competitive rates rather than using the hotel concierge who had at times charged us extortionate rates. Also downloaded the Airalo ecard bought from airport very useful for using the taxi service in and around Thailand.

The hotel concierge charging us extortionate rates for a people carrier for 6 people. They quoted us 600 bhat for a fare, which we got for 300 bhat using the Grab app. You need to have an idea of how much taxis charge so you don't get ripped off.

We had a great view, both living room and bedroom.

The room and the furniture were old and you could tell that. There was no explanation whatsoever on how to function a/c at the bedroom, the dnd, the please clean etc Although they've put indication about the using towels, the procedure was not followed.
