I had the room on 1st floor with a balcony with dark green shutters which was lovely …. there were always birds singing outside … it was beautiful. I really felt like I was staying in someone’s home rather than a hotel. it is just enough away from the main passagiatta on the beachfront to be quiet from street and people noise

the driveway and hill that you need to walk up from the street. But it’s so worth it when you get to the rose garden at the top 😉 a lovely young man appeared just in time to help me up there with my suitcase when I arrived too. The villa breakfast was very substantial and lovely sitting outside in the garden

Beautiful Villa, recently refurbished. The staff was very kind and allowed us to change the room after the first night. The first room was spacious, but had some problems with some lights and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The hotel staff kindly let us move to the first floor. The new room was smaller but with warmer lights and operative air conditioning. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast, with a wide choice of food ( fruit, toast, jam, honey freshly harvested from the hive, egg , pastries, etc.)

the Hotel is located on Monterosso al Mare, within few minutes walk from the seafront " Via Fegina". To reach the hotel there is a short drive with some easy steps. The only think I didn't like was the cold lights in the rooms.

Villa Accini is conveniently located in Monterosso, one of the most charming villages in Cinque Terre. It is just a short walk from the train station, making arrival and departure exceptionally easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Caterina, whose hospitality made us feel immediately at home. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend Villa Accini to anyone planning a visit to Cinque Terre.

Villa Accini has a great location in Monterosso al Mare along the Cinque Terre. It is just a short walk to several restaurants and the beach. The rooms are very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not included but was reasonably priced with a variety of choices. The hotel offers free parking. We would recommend this hotel to anyone without ambulatory problems.

Access to the hotel both from the street and the parking lot requires a fairly long walk-up a steep path to the hotel. This was especially an issue when we checked in and had to move all of our luggage. Also, the path needs additional lighting at night. We used our phones for extra light to see.

The room was very nice. Outstanding bathroom and beds were comfortable. Wonderful view from the second floor window. Did not opt in for the breakfast as it was “continental “ and not our choice but for those who did, cafe tables were set up outside in the garden area. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Would have liked an iron in the room. A minor thing.

Location is great - really close to the beach and promenade. The bed was comfy. The small garden with fountains was really nice. The bathroom was clean and had great natural light

The parking is somewhat limited. If you have even a medium car it will be difficult to get to the hotel's parking as it is quite narrow. The hall smells too sweet. The fridge had no ice or ice forms

This was my second visit to Monterosso and also Villa Accini. I loved my stay at Villa Accini the first time, so I booked it again and I can say it was just as good. This Villa is located just up the hill, not too far from the main town, with lovely views. I enjoyed sitting in the outdoor Terrace for our lovely breakfast every morning. Rooms spacious, good value for money. Great location. Monterosso has an accessible beach which is the main reason we chose to stay in this town. The train station is very central which makes it easy to hop on a train and visit all the beautiful towns in the Cinquettera.

This is a really lovely property on a hill just outside the busy tourist area so it’s amazingly quiet on site. The rooms were clean and cool and the staff is generous with their time and assistance. It’s a family owned and run property and Kartarina was especially kind and helpful to us. She went out of her way to call other properties trying to find accommodations for our friends. The breakfast in the courtyard, although it’s an extra cost, is well worth it. There are plenty of options on the buffet including fresh juices, fruits, meats and cheeses and pastries. And of course you can get freshly made cappuccino. The tables are linen covered and you get real (not plastic) dishes, silverware and glassware. There was even an adorable white rabbit who was visiting each table.

Not a problem for us, but there is a large hill to walk up to get to and from the hotel. Those with mobility issues may not like that.

The location was nice - not directly in the area where all the tourists stay, but nestled back a little bit to give some privacy. The pathway up was a nice walk (two ways to get there - walking up stairs or by the car entrance). Loved the rose path canopy that we walked through. There was an option for continental breakfast in the morning - seemed like they had a little bit of everything.

Our room was very small. While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it was hard to get past the open window to the other side of the bed. Also, the bed was a "queen" but it was really just two twin beds pushed together with nothing holding them together. When we would sleep, the mattresses would move easily creating a space in between. Wifi wasn't great.

Place of tranquility right around the corner of the busy boulevard. We liked the sitting area in the garden very much. Huge parking place which is rare for Monterosso al Mare. Good breakfast.

Bathroom in our room is becoming a bit outdated. Bathroom wall was thin and talking in the other room’s bathroom was clear to hear, but overall not a noisy building at all.
