The staff! I wish I would have gotten names 😔the lady who greeted me the evening I arrived was delightful! Very sweet and helpful! My small dinner (had an appetizer as I wasn't very hungry. Ask for the bread with sauces too. The salsa tasted like home for me!) was very tasty and just enough. It was also nice to have 2 different pillows (firmness) to choose from. Being solo, I got the one I wanted! 🤣👍

I don't mean to be picky, but the wallpaper was peeling off in 2 spots, and my shins found the platform bed on several occasions. (Room 3) the bed itself was very comfortable.

The only one thing: there could have been better choice of hot drinks to have in the room. The only tea, which was offered:was camomile. Everything perfect otherwise.

Location - so close to the lake and beautiful views. The food at the restaurant is exceptional and the staff were very nice too. Good aircon.

Some nice furniture on the balcony would have helped. As it was, we couldn’t really spend any time there.

The hotel was perfectly located for us because we were driving and we planned to catch a train to Lausanne the next day. We had made the train reservation from Geneva central (Corvino). Turns out Geneva station is on the same street as the hotel. Hotel is #325, station is #1. Easy!

The coffee maker didn’t work — or at least it didn’t work for me. It would be nice to have had operating instructions. The water that came out was cold and it overflowed the small cups that were provided. I’m glad I had some instant coffee with me. The big downside is that the restaurant was closed. We were looking forward to having Afghan food, which a friend had told me was excellent. We ended up eating at an all night restaurant down the street which was fine.

Hotels location was ok, Room was clean.

There was a restourant at entry floor and smell was coming to room. Ovner give us the biggest room becaus of our four years old son but the issue is I already noticed doring booking a bed for my son. They did not give us auxiliary bed.

Overall a brilliant stay, plenty of space in the room. Very comfortable beds.

More towels could have been provided.

absolutely no car parking. Could not check in till 18.00 - later than was indicated, was about to book into another hotel.

It's a remarkable restaurant but apparently also has few well-handled rooms. Close to Geneva by train, next to the lake with a great view. Friendly staff. Oh, and the restaurant is really quite outstanding and unique.

It's not in the city, and there is no easily accessible shop. Luckily there is a place to eat. The price is a bit steep: both for restaurant and for the room.

The location is very nice, just across the street there is the lake and the suburban trains connect the area every 15 minutes with the Center of geneva
