The hotel was modern, clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Shower space don't have closing glass door or curtain that will make the toilet wet. I have left the feedback with reception.

The accommodation and staff were lovely and welcoming. This is one of the only accommodations I have stayed in that completely blocks light ie under the door hallway light and gaps in the curtains, highly appreciated. To have the restaurant within the established was fantastic and very convenient, absolutely amazing food.

It was disappointing to see the air-conditioner was thickly covered in dust, the mirror had smudge marks over it and the toilet bin was still full with the previous guests rubbish. This was brought up with staff and photos shown for informative purposes. The staff member was receptive of it and appreciated that we let her know and we were told it would be noted for the cleaner in the future. It would have been nice to have been offered for someone to come and clean the air-conditioner as this is not great for guest to breathe in, an offer for a possible discount or credit off the room was not expected however would have been appreciated.

Lovely two full sized beds. Bit soft for us but comfy. Air Con excellent, nice water pressure and bathroom fully stocked. Lovely. Still prefer a regular shower door rather than getting water all over the bathroom. Front desk was exceptionally helpful for assistance. Staff was just excellent in assisting us with a travel issue.

Our only issue is the chairs in the room are hard as a rock. Fridge chock full of stuff to buy. I finally took some out so we could cool our own water and beer. No ice or ability to make ice. Room itself was lovely. On a hill. Was difficult to get luggage around as entrance was a bit steep and fought with luggage as nothing was even until in hotel. Phone in room never worked, excellent front desk in helping us.

The room’s nice and clean, and it smells great. The bed is super comfy, I even spent the whole afternoon napping on the bed instead of going outside—it’s that comfy! I’ll definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again! The location is fantastic—everything you need is just a short walk away. Plus, there are some awesome food options nearby, and the view is lovely.

I’m not sure if the Wi-Fi was working because I couldn’t connect. You can hear just a little bit of conversation from people in the hallway, but it wasn’t loud or anything major. It was nice and quiet the whole night during the two nights we stayed, which I appreciated.

I called to arrange early check in the day before. We arrived AFTER our agreed upon time and the room hadn’t been cleaned which resulted in delays. Very frustrating given I’d called the day prior requesting this, and being told it wouldn’t be an issue, only for it to be an issue upon arriving. The beds we stayed in last time were great. The beds in this particular room during the most recent stay were below average. We all commented on how uncomfortable they were. The fridge in the room was also an issue as we had things we wanted to put in there however it was the size of a microwave.

Very good, modern rooms with no issues. Central location, we were on the 4th floor. We are, we acknowledge, light sleepers with very high sensitivity to noise, so we take earplugs wherever we go, and we advise anyone similar to do the same due to aircon noise and street noise, inevitable in the central location. Staff very friendly, helpful, and more than that, did what they said they would do, e.g. arrange a taxi for us it was there on time.

Always good to have less noise, but we say that pretty much wherever we go.

Central location. Entire hotel was clean, including the rooms. Beds were really comfortable to sleep in.Wifi worked well. Staff were really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the pool. Adjoining Vibe cafe cooked a beautiful breakfast. thank you.

Rooms didn't have USB charging points. I bought the chord but not the phone charger as I haven't come across a hotel room without one for a while so was caught out. Minor but a suggestion to fit a powerpoint in the room with various usb types for future upgrades in rooms.

Central location, close to the Gladstone Entertainment Centre! Nice & Comfortable beds, Clean room with balcony (great for drying your togs), Awesome outdoor swimming pool! We really enjoyed the pool after being outside in the hot sun great way to cool off! The staff were very helpful and Friendly! Especially organizing late check in and early check in they were very accommodating to our requests! Would love to Stay here again!

The location was great. Right in the middle of the CBD. The bed was comfy and the room was high up with a great view. We haven't been there before and can report that there's not much to look at in Gladstone unless you like cargo ships, trains and trucks.
