The place is cozy, comfortable and stuff is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is dog friendly and we had a good time. Earlier, I saw some unfair comments and would like adress them. • The parking lot 2 is like 5 mins away and costs 15 eur per day. This is normal if you visit a car and cant enter to the old city with it and leave the car away from the hotel. • I saw some people noted stairs might be difficult to climb or problematic to cary luggages. This might be true if the visitor’s age may be over 60, but i am certain hosts would be able to help. • The bed was comfortable, however depends on people’s preference.

All was good

The property is in a great location in the old town. We parked outside for 6Euros overnight - about a 10 min walk, the host advised us of parking options. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was lovely, water pressure was good. Wifi was easy and good speed. Breakfast was 9Euro each and had a very good variety (croissants, cake, cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea, fruit). There is also a terrace shared with other rooms which has a great view of the area.

The bed was a too hard for us but that is a personal preference.

Location is extremely convenient. A 3 or 4 minute walk from Parking 2 outside the city walls; equal distance to the main square. Every point of interest is within walking distance. Pleny of restaurants and bars very close, but on a quiet street. Some of the rooms look out at the valley and the Tuscan hills beyond. We had a family room, with two large, connected bedrooms, particulary convenient if travelling with children.

Extremely noisy in the mornings from around 7:30am, since breakfast is served in a small area at the end of the corridor leading to the rooms.

The best part of this B&B was the view of the country side & hills outside the San Gimingano city walls.

Initially a bit hard to find, partly because there were forwards of tourists on the Main Street in the old town, but we eventually found the place with thorough instructions from the B&B host.

The rooms were beautiful with gorgeous views. The staff was very friendly and served a wonderful breakfast. The location was very close to the parking lot.

Unfortunately, in one of the two rooms that we booked, the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat.

The Breakfast was perfect. The View from the room was magical. A little problems finding the place and finding parking but once we arrived, the location made it all worth it. I will certainly want to stay there when I return.

Super nice room with a view...like in the movies. Kind and efficient reception. Good communication before arrival. Spotless clean. Nice setting, confortable bed and bathroom. Excellent location to explore San Gimignano. For sure will come back!

Great location in the old town, nice view over the country side from the room, got good guidance from the owners on where to park and how to get to the B&B (the center is closed to traffic).

Best situated in the old city complex, the hotel offers a great breakfast and very nice old furniture rooms with everything you need. And that for reasonable prices!! Bottles of wine for 12 EUR can be found as well as water for free ;) Parking ist possible 200m away at parking space 2 dir 14 EUR a day. All in all a best-value dir Prince offer in San Giminiano.
