I stayed at this hotel with a small child. Everything was perfect: food, friendly staff, location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room. My special thanks to Front Office Supervisor Mr.Bublevičius for his attentiveness to my requests. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location and view to the city. Amazing breakfast and overall a very pleasant stay and welcoming stuff. As kid said when leaving - I miss our hotel already, see you next time!

The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly- they are a credit to the brand. We received a free upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast choice and availability was excellent. The hotel has a lovely location overlooking the river- about 2km from the Old Town. The spa area was spotlessly clean and well appointed. I would happily stay here again and thought the hotel was good value.

The mixed sex sauna was out of action, so we didn't use the spa facilities as much as we would have liked. I did find the room a bit too hot even with the air con on high and consequently didn't have a good sleep during my time here.

The hotel has amazing views of Vilnius old town. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all very good value for money (at least the weekendI stayed)

There was mold in the shower (a lot of it). I arrived two hours early and even though my room was ready (the hotel wasn’t very busy), I was asked to pay €35 for an early check-in. Usually you pay the fee if you want a guaranteed early check in, but if the room is ready upon your early arrival no hotel has ever charged me for checking in early. I passed and ended up checking in at 15:00, but this did make my rating go down from 9 to 8. In the description it says that the price for parking is €22, while when asked the hotel administration advised me that it’s either €12 / 24h or €17 / 24h (outdoor vs indoor). I chose to be dropped off and take the train next day since €22 sounded like a lot, had I known it was €12, I would have driven there and back.

Absolute fantastic. Walking distant from city center Vilnius. Easy to reach via High way. Hotel rooms , with coffee, tea, sugas, milk erc in room. Coffee maker, tea kettle. Beds, pollow good and clean. Good view. Everything perfect. Hotel got a very clean, spotless saunas, jacuzzi. Bathroom is very good from Shampoo, conditoner, cream etc erc. Towels big and clean. This is a very good place. Staff is good, but not perfect

The parking. I thought some kind of horror movie. I paid € 17 for parking at hotel. But seems i enter the wrong parking.. Europarking and not hotel parking. That means i have to paid € 39.99 for parking a day. ( everybody know these parking is extremely expensive in Eastern Europe). I asked lady at desk entrance for hotel parking, but somehow misunderstood her.. 2 entrance, hotel is left, i took right. But i talk to other people outside as well and they also did not understand the parking of hotel. So I am not the only stupid one. Hotel said they shall refund the € 17 for parking. Hotel , staff, desk could only told enter the white door of garage for parking But oke. I shall go back again.. but parking.. big question

Great hotel. There are two different towers and I was lucky enough to stay in the newer portion of the hotel. It was very modern, and extremely comfortable. I only rode the elevator in the older section, so I can't comment on the rooms there, but I suspect based upon everything else I saw, that they are very nice. It's a large conference center/hotel, so it has a lot amenities and space. It's in the "new" city center, so it's surrounded by modern buildings and restaurants, so depending on where you are working it could be very handy. We walked to the "old" city center in about 15-20 minutes. I will definitely consider staying here for future trips.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was given a complimentary upgrade upon check-in and stayed in the new building, which was a pleasant surprise. I was traveling alone and had to stop overnight due to a delayed flight, which caused me to miss my connecting transport. The stay was very comfortable — the bed was extremely cozy, and the interior design was quite interesting. The room had a coffee machine (there were even decaf capsules, which I appreciated). I absolutely love when hotels provide clean white robes and disposable slippers — a small detail that makes a big difference. Guests also have access to a jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, although I didn’t have the chance to use them. The breakfast deserves special mention. I have never seen such a wide variety of options: gluten-free and lactose-free products, several types of eggs and omelets, various salads, fish, and more. Everything was absolutely delicious!

The only downside was the noisy neighbors, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night — but overall, it was still a great stay.

The hotel is very good, the room is quite spacious with all the necessary equipment, including a kettle, an iron. I only had to look for a hairdryer - it turns out that it is black and was tucked deep in the closet behind the iron. The beds are comfortable. The heating in the room is adjustable, so you could set a comfortable temperature for yourself, and the heater-air conditioner itself is installed below the window, so you didn't feel the air blowing. Very good breakfast - the choice of food is very wide: from traditional scrambled eggs with sausages to freshly smoked fish, eggs cooked to order, many types of cheeses and even the traditional Lithuanian sweet šakotis.

The water temperature in the shower was not stable - the water became hotter and colder while showering. In addition, the shower head itself sprayed water in all directions, it probably needs to be descaled. Also, we found a dirty glass in the room with visible marks of some liquids. Poor sound insulation of the windows. When we arrived, a street music festival was taking place in Vilnius, and a stage was set up near a nearby gallery with, to put it mildly, contemporary music. It wasn't that anyone was singing or playing, it was just some kind of rhythmic beat that was terribly audible through the closed windows of the room.

I liked it, the breakfast was good, and there was a beautiful view from the 20th-floor window.

The bed mattresses were very hard, and the pillows were firm too. I couldn’t wait for morning – it was hard to get any sleep. My back, hips, and neck were sore. I guess I prefer softer mattresses! Also, the duvet cover and sheet were so noisy – every time someone moved, it made such a loud rustling sound that it woke the other person up! It would have been nice to have something like a kids’ corner in the hotel where a child could play, and also a small kids’ area during breakfast so that parents could enjoy their meal in peace!

It is located close to the main historical locations, there is a shop nearby. Nice view from the 8 floor on the river and the city. I liked that the windows are good at blocking out street noise, and the curtains create darkness without letting in light. The room is clean, it has everything you need, there was also a small fridge, kettle, coffee, tea, and two small bottles of water. The breakfast is worth its price, a wide selection of dishes. It was delicious. A nice surprise was to see decaf coffee there

a small remark - the cups in the room were not very clean (there were like traces of tea)
