Location was convenient and room with terrace was really nice. Bed was one of the best we've come across on vacations. Valet parking worked nicely. Breakfast was good, the quality varied from morning to morning, so I can't say it was excellent.

Reception needs a motivation booster, or an acting class where they learn to make it at least look like they're interested in the guests coming through the door. Can't say anything about the Freeride's (downstairs restaurant) dinner because we waited 15 min for staff to arrive one evening, but no one in reception, restaurant, nowhere.. And last but not least, we checked out 12 days ago and I'm still waiting for the receipt that was supposed to be sent by email. Have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and their sales email, dead silence, not impressed.

This hotel is located in the perfect location, it was easy getting in and out. The staff were all friendly and smiling my whole stay. They even sent text messages checking in on us, asking if we needed anything. There were complimentary waters and macaroons given to us. There was also fresh infused water at the front available for guest. The view from the room was amazing and the room was clean and spacious.

Parking is not good during the day but there was plenty for the night

Bed was very comfortable, pillows were great but the shower pressure was amazing. Something hotels lack a lot of the time but not here. Balcony was nice too!

Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Maybe a way to have the ac fan on to create room noise while sleeping but that’s just a preference, we have zero complaints!

I want to say a special thanks to the doorman/valet, Stacey. He was such a welcoming and kind individual. Really made a great impression to begin our stay! All the staff was great, The room was excellent and clean. That view from the rooftop lounge was amazing! Next time I stay in Dallas, it will be here.

Uptown location was centrally located and has multiple shops and restaurants in walking distance. Someone on staff was always located at front door to assist with any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area.

Breakfast could have been complimentary during your stay. $15 per day if all your looking for is a bagel and a cup of coffee seems a bit overpriced. Food quality was good and had many options if you are into a full sit down breakfast.

Stacey is the first staff member to welcome you as you enter and you can’t miss him. He is truly a gem and a blessing when you have the chance to interact with him. He is who I never forget when I stay at the Canopy.

Location great, comfortably rooms

I think the reception staff should have better customer service training. Not very knowledgeable when responding to some problems, some seem to be distracted and not on the ball.

The breakfast was delicious and served with smiles. Sitting at the bar was comfortable with a very friendly bartender. It was the perfect spot to meet friends and shelter from the Dallas heat. It has a great location with superb dining and shopping close by. And the checkin and checkout were fast and pleasant.

Jay the bar manager in this place took us n a gastronomic journey we didn’t expect but were absolutely delighted by! We won’t forget his hospitality, knowledge and good humour in a hurry.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. The location was great and walkable.

Nothing, this was a fabulous hotel.
