We liked how the entertainment area was situated, and complimented with down-lights. Additionally, they had a speaker synced up in the bathroom so you could listen in on a movie while cleaning up - So cool. Functional location with adequate parking and I might say, in an aesthetically pleasing area - great for suburban drives.

The bathroom was slightly on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for us. The only other thing I dare to mention is the difficulty of taking shopping from the car up to the room as there are a few stairs ahead of you - good for fitness!

Double-glazed windows and the rooms were cleaned very well. Nice tea and biccies. Plentiful parking. Good beergarden.

The curtains are full ceiling to floor and being 10 feet high..they are very hard to close. Oh, I did get caught out with a private booking being run in the beer garden. Greek night that ran to 3 am and the music was extremely loud. No mention on the WA facebook page that was happening so got caught off guard by that.

Great hotel, that is easy to find with plenty of parking away from the main roads. Staff were welcoming and informative. The hotel menu and food was absolutely delicious! The room was much bigger then I expected, and wasn't noisy throughout the night. Enjoyed having a kitchen bench with a sink and complimentary water bottles. The iron also came in handy! Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

The location was central to needs, the cocktails and food were great, the room was spacious and well stocked, parking was fantastic!

The only only only thing and it's very small!! Was that the $200 bond return was a little bit clumsy, most places I've stayed do a hold for the bond then release it instead of you having to get the money back next morning. But honestly not a big deal!

For the price range, to date, this is the best hotel I've found. The spa room is spacious, and the spa bath is excellent. Room service is prompt and not overly expensive, though the $5 charge to bring it to your room is a little cheeky. Meal quality is also quite satisfactory. Nice restaurant/beer garden All in all, it's a very nice stay for a few days of relaxing.

Some minor stains but they hardly detract from the exceptional stay. Only one milk in the fridge for a 2 night stay, but house keeping did bring me another on request.

The room was adequate is size and was reasonably quite with a generous sized bathroom and the little kitchenette was handy too. Plenty of storage space and could have comfortably stayed for a longer period without feeling like you're living from a suitcase

The room was tidy, reasonably clean but there was quite a bit of dust under the bed and up the walls. But otherwise all was good

I loved that it was only 11 minutes from the city centre, only 3 minutes from the caravan park that our kids were staying at, and not far from shopping centre. The meals in the bistro downstairs were great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

I love the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness and large size of the rooms, the bar downstairs is a huge plus! as well as the pokies, and room service. All amazing! 10/10

Nothing honestly, it is a great hotel, and I will definitely continue staying there. I have stayed on and off for the last few years and I cannot complain at all.

Spa room, very nice. Spa a little chipped, but works well. Shower is fantastic.

Tea and coffee is horrible. My husband won’t drink it. We bring our own. Air conditioning unit unable to adjust fan it’s broken . Room 2. White wine selection not fantastic.

Bathroom is oversized and quite luxurious. Bed was super comfortable and the room overall was lovely, modern and well-appointed.

No microwave in the rather large kitchen area. I don't see the point of having all that space for just a mini-fridge and a kettle.
