the space in the apartment, air-conditioning, cooking facilities, laundry facilities and the balcony with the ocean view every morning. The efficiency of the owner replacing the washing machine that was faulty and resort staff were unaware of at the beginning of my stay. fabulous resort and friendly staff members to deal with very helpful with providing me with the use of the staff laundering my clothes when i was out of a washing machine. professional attitude and top notch service

on the last night the neighbors were tapping on the glass squares and then looking through the louvres and trying to climb over the balcony according to my partner and was annoying

The location was brilliant - literally on the beach. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to our requests. The view from the room was exceptional The unexpected hamper with snacks and wine and a full sized under counter fridge (only an ice box) was brilliant for our needs. Plenty of hot water for showers and the apartment was clean.

The funky smell (drains/fridge/hot water cupboard - we werent sure where it was coming from) , the Ultiqa does look a little tired in places, and the spa looked like it needs a little refurb to the shell. In spite of this, when we discussed the smell the staff said that they would investigate, and we did state that it didn't impact our stay - just a little offputting at times.

Excellent location. Amazing ocean & beach views from our well-equipped studio apartment. Very comfortable king bed, recently refurbished bathroom and apartment ultra clean. Our “welcome hamper” was a wonderful & much appreciated surprise. Stayed for 6 nights & would definitely stay again in future. Managers were extremely friendly & helpful. Made it feel like a home away from home. And having the Frocals Cafe right outside the front door was a bonus….excellent good, juices & coffee!!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay, the staff were sooo amazing, kind and helpful, our room was absolutely stunning and our arrival gifts were beyond incredible and generous, the facilities were really awesome and super clean and the location was absolutely phenomenal ❤️!!! The Brekky downstairs near the front entrance (Frocals) was sooo mouth watering, we had to eat there every morning, it was sooo amazing!! We couldn’t recommend this hotel and cafe enough, best little getaway ever!! We will be back more and more 🙏🏼🤩💚, thank you for everything 🥰

A great location with good views of the beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfect for a couple. It was easy to walk to local restaurants and to the beach. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had air-conditioning, a fan and lounge. A nice touch was the welcome hamper which we enjoyed. There were plenty of car spaces with direct access to room levels. The building is a little older but has been tastefully upgraded and decorated.

The shower is in- bath style, which was fine for us, but if mobility is an issue this would need to be considered.

The location is fantastic, the views are amazing and the front counter staff were very friendly. The room was furnished nicely in the penthouse.

No air conditioning in the smallest bedroom which made it hot and stuffy. We stayed in the penthouse and there is a lot of maintenance needed. It was neat and tidy but definitely needs a makeover. The blinds also need to be updated to be blockouts, given the sun rises on the side we were staying in.

We loved our stay here - staff and facilities were fabulous! We will definitely be back again. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! Thank you!

This is something so minor but would be a total upgrade - the blinds between the two apartment balconies are a bit awkward as the divider is quite open/not private - would be amazing if there was a privacy screen or something between the two apartment balconies. Hope that makes sense as it is so minor as we LOVED our stay. Thanks so much!

Having breakfast included in our stay was the deal maker.....a lovely breakfast too....Nice location has a sea pool and the beach and the hotel had a pool...a good choice for swimming in that area... .

The walls were a bit thin...we could hear a few noises from the other apartment.....the company may need to supervise children in the spa......in one instance I was in the spa...4 kids came in...2 youngest kept putting their heads under the water and splashing around......kids under 14 should not be allowed in the spa with out their parents...would be a good policy for the adults enjoying the spa..... The choice of food is limited in that area to pub food or pizza...would be nice to have other food shops open up like Indian, Greek, or healthier options.....

The location is brilliant. there is a board walk all the way to Caloundra Centre of town. It is close to the beach. The view is brilliant I am on a strict diet and brought my own breakfast

I number of apartments have the shower inside the bath and for someone like me who has mobility problems that is a no, no. Fortunately, I was moved to a room with a walk-in shower. It is an older building, and it shows its age.

We had a fantastic stay at ULTIQA Shearwater. The room was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The reception staff were very welcoming and the proximity to restaurants, scenic walks and views was excellent. The parking was great as well. We will definitely be back. Well done Shearwater!!
