We booked the hotel on the same day as we had another hotel booked which was a disaster and we could not spend the night in and so we booked this hotel in just 5 minutes. We had a 25 minutes walk with luggages. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only problem is that restaurant was not open and was a problem finding somewhere else to eat at that time. The area is very nice and quite. Only problem is that it was far from everywhere but still a ice experience.

The only thing we did not like is that it was far from everything. Especially when it was raining we had a long walk to get the metro.

Very spacious great value for money would 100% recommend to stay over. Good facilities, very clean and friendly staff!

We were travelling with a wheelchair user and the hotel does not have a ramp to accommodate for this. During the day the staff were very helpful and opened the back door but at night there was no one to open the door and we had to take the front steps to enter the hotel. Needless to say my dad and my sister (in a wheelchair) slipped on the stairs and both unfortunately got hurt as they fell.

The hotel looks newly built/refurbished & is immaculately clean & tidy. Our room was nicely furnished & very comfortable. The area is very quiet & there is free parking available directly outside the hotel.

Unfortunately the bar & restaurant were closed & there are no restaurants nearby. Despite putting a sign on the bedroom door the cleaners still came in & partially cleaned the room.

The room was big and the hotel didn’t feel busy. the Staff was amazing. The lady which served breakfast was exceptional. Easy access and parking!

For visitors with their own car. It would be good to have access to a gym. Room service was a little different every day.

Klantvriendelijkheid! Very friendly staff, the receptionist in service when I arrived had a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome! The room I stayed in was great, it surpassed any expectation I could have. Very cozy, nice design/decoration. I was even able to enjoy the sunset from my room. Definatelly recommended.

Big spacious room, lovely comfy bed, very quiet and private, late check out time, let us check in 3 hours early, lots of storage, close to the water taxi’s.

The only mirror was head height in the bathroom, no fridge, bed was too close to the window so you could hear all the traffic in the morning.

Totally renovated accomodation , very clean , nice breakfast.and perfect location d for trips to Rotterdam!

The decor and vibe of the whole place was very nice. The bathroom was especially impressive, as it wasn't the typical basic white hotel bathroom we're all used to seeing. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice hotel with the good train connection with the Rotterdam central. Staff was really friendly and they let us do earlier check-in.

There wasn't hairdyrer in the room, couple of electrical outlet didn't work. Also, toilet brush was missing.

My room was much bigger than usual I found. I had nice view from my windows. I like that I have a fridge at my room too. It is nice place to stay. Only pillows could be more comfortable (they were kinda cheep).
