We like that the family room is spacious. We are a family of 5 and we also have big luggages. It's quite roomy for us to move. It was also near to tourist attractions, such as World of Coca-Cola.

Tried buying at the convenience at night. Felt that it was unsafe to roam around because a lot of homeless people, some are good ones but most of them were quite sketchy.

Staff were great from Tamika at the front desk to the valley guy with locs. They both were engaging and personable and tried to keep us happy at all times.

One of the vallet guys, the one without locs, had our vehicle smelling like weed and we did not like that. Knowing you're getting in and out of people's vehicles, he does need to be smelling like it causing our vehicles to smell like it. The other issue is the AC needs to fixed ASAP throughout the entire property. For what we paid for 5 nights there is no reason we should be trying to survive off fans for our room. They brought a fan to our room and we purchased 2 smaller fans for our nightstands. Invest in upgrades for the property.

Breakfast had options which was appreciated. The surrounding neighborhood not much on the vision but it was in walking distance from great spots such as the Ferris wheel and park (Approx. 15 minute walk). Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. Biggest plus it was right next to the train station (across the road). The staff was very friendly.

An inner door needed a little maintenance work. The area had a lot of homeless people (not at the fault of the hotel, and I was not bothered or harassed, just sad to look at).

It is in a quiet downtown Atlanta neighborhood about 15 minutes from the Atlanta International Airport. Tis a welcoming property that is beautifully decorated. I stayed in the Room Suites at USD120 per night. It is a stunning self contained apartment with a comfortable king size bed, lounge area and kitchen with a microwave, fridge and coffee-making facilities. The hotel staff make it extra special. Special mention to their receptionist Tameika who patiently answered my questions and seamlessly helped me check in after a challenging flight. I shall definitely stay here again when I am next in Atlanta.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, was about a 10 min walk to the State Farm Arena. The staff were nice, welcoming, and just amazing. We had a heat issue with our room; however, they had someone up to and when it wasn't a quick fix, they simply moved us rooms AND upgraded us for our troubles. The front desk staff is amazing. Vallet was great, as its $50 and they will get your car to and from as much as you'd like! The breakfast bar was great- even had meatless options (veggie sausage)!

The location appears kind of sketchy because of the homeless population; however, we felt safe the entire time!

Great atmosphere and service. Very clean and beautiful architecture. They have box fans on hand to help quell the heat, which was very necessary on the 12th floor. Security is great, both physical and personnel, friendly and accommodating

The higher floors seem hard to cool and the hight makes the water pressure weak. The bed was a bit softer than I prefer and the down feather pillows aren't my taste. Putting them in redundant hypoallergenic pillow cases was very thoughtful though.

The valet, front desk, housekeeping, and dining room staff were very friendly and professional. I absolutely valued the smiles and warm conversations from all of them. The food services manager was full of joy which was felt during breakfast each day. I enjoyed reading the inspiring quotes on her office door. All staff were willing to help in any fashion when asked. I enjoyed my experience; and, I would love to see a pool added to the establishment (smile!!!).

I feel there needs to be some type of "water" amenity, such as a hot tub or POOL.

It was beautiful piece of history in downtown Atlanta and the staff took care of the customers from the front desk to the valet. The rooms were large and clean with no issues. The value for the stay was great especially when you wrap the staff into the value of the facility.

I’m really hot natured and the air conditioning was a little lacking and step by step instructions on where to park for check in would be nice when reservations are made.

This hotel was the perfect location for the show I was seeing at the Masquerade, and was only a 4 minute walk away. Lots of vibrant life outside the windows to watch! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind, and the breakfast has great vegetarian options! I would love to stay here again next time I visit! The reviews stating it is an unsafe area are probably not used to being in a big city, but as a 5 foot 21 year old woman I never felt unsafe here during my stay.

The only issue is that there is only one elevator working right now and it is a 16 story building, so you will end up having to wait upwards of 20 minutes to get a ride, but if you plan ahead and leave a bit early, it’s really not a big deal! Just take the stairs if you’re able!

Location is close to major places like State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The room was clean and comfy. We were on the 15th floor and had a nice view. There was food trucks right outside which was nice and fun. Staff was nothing but extremely friendly. Valet parking is $50 a night, coke and go as often as you like. They put a $50 hold on your card so that covered it- which is convenient. Valets we’re always nice and had the car ready when we needed it. My husband said breakfast was good.
