The room was spotlessly clean. The code system works properly even for a first timer. It is in prime location, you can walk pretty much to the most of the tourist attractions. It's on M2 metro line which means direct connection with airport. The suburban trains also stop in front of the building which is another advantage of the location. The trendy market is just around the corner where you can eat fresh local delicates.

There is a construction going on in the neighbouring building which causes some noise during daytime on weekdays.

Spacious, well-equipped, and very central. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The apartment is right in front of Nørreport Metro Station and within walking distance of many major attractions including Strøget, Tivoli Gardens, Nyhavn, and Christiansborg Palace. The building is safe, with access codes required for the lift and apartment.

We arrived early at 7:30 am after a long journey, but check-in was only possible at 3:00 pm due to prior reservations. Understandably, early check-in isn’t always guaranteed, so it’s best to plan accordingly.

The accommodation environment and kitchen equipment are complete. It is very close to the Metro, train and bus station, and is within walking distance of the main attractions. It is very convenient!

The apartment is located in a lively area, and the room type faces the road. It is inevitable that there will be vibrating music from the bar at night. In addition, the building next door is under construction and there may be construction noise in the morning. Once the construction is completely completed, it will be a great and convenient place to stay.

Everything at this hotel was PERFECT except the check-in experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Only two things would have made this stay experience better: 1. For check-in they sent me multiple emails saying we’d be staying on “Floor 5, Apartment 10 but when we got there our code let us into the building but not the room. Their instructions say to call with questions but we didn’t have a phone with a SIM card for Denmark yet … so we had to ask someone else to call for us and it turns out they’d changed our rooms but not notified us. So that was pretty frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The space itself is PERFECT and clean - the only thing I’d change is they have these cheap shower curtains that fly into the shower and stick to your body. It’s just a small detail that’s not that important but a nicer shower curtain or door would have gone better with the space.

Hotel location was great. Easy access from the airport with metro. Check-in and check-out was very fluent and easy. Just at night Norreport area is very busy with all kinds of people. It was right next to a market with best groumet. Very close to city center. I stayed in this type of apartment(60 square-meter) for 11 nights before I moved to other room-type. Room was generously spacious compare to the other room-type. Luggage room was good for the day I arrive and leave. As I stayed for long, laundry room was also very useful. It has 3 sets of laundry and drying machine. Laundry was little bit busy during the busy hours 3pm-9pm. It would have been better if I could use drying rack in my room, because the living room was spacious enough to hang some clothes on the rack. The apartment had enough windows properly for day-lightings and room ventilations. Kitchen was clean and the tools were clean for use. Bathroom was also spacious. Just one thing wasn't satisfying was a shower booth. It could be little bit larger, considering the size of the bathroom.

Everything. The property is well located in central Copenhagen, within walking distance of most main Copenhagen's attractions - apart from Tivoli, which can be reached by a short metro ride from the station just opposite the property. There are supermarkets and a really nice bakery in the vicinity of the apartment. Inside the property, the kitchen is fully equipped and the size of the rooms is generous. We found our beds, including the sofa bed, comfortable and clean. The whole check-in and check-out process is digital, but communication with the staff was excellent, both prior to and during our stay. The property also offers lockers for luggage until 11 pm on the day of checkout. Totally recommended.

Suggest installing a safe deposit box to enhance further the property's attraction.

Excellent location—walking distance to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

No air-conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable in warm weather. We had to keep the windows open at night, but it was extremely loud—cars passing, people shouting, and parties going on late into the night. Would not recommend if you’re a light sleeper or visiting in the summer.

The property is incredibly easy to use without any human contact. They provide ample amenities such as kitchen dishes/appliances and wifi and luggage storage (until 11pm on checkout). Virtual (email) and in-person staff were very helpful and seeking to make sure we had all we needed.

During our stay, there was someone (either construction or trash removal) around 4am was making a lot of noise which reverberates through the courtyard as we had windows ajar during the night (European property without air conditioning). There is construction going on for the property currently (Aug/'24).

The location is great. You can walk everywhere, or take public transportation easily. The apartment is new, well-decorated and silent. We had evertything we needed. It was so clean and warm. Although there was no reception, the communication with the Venders team was so practical that they had explained everything in detail before we arrived. They answered every single question in a few minutes via mail.

it feels so new that there was the smell of just finished construction at the corridor and the room, some ventilation would be fine for the room but the corridor might need some work on it. the room is great, they have everything, the toilet would be better with some more hooks for hanging clothes when shower. location is awesome, right next to nørreport station. no staff on spot, but you can contact them through email/whatsapp and they respond real quick. they have lifts which is a big plus for families.
