Everything was clean, beautiful, people very nice. They took care le every detail form the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a refreshing drink, cookies at night, very comfortable beds and linens, soaps and creams in the bathroom great, they left us a delicious pie in the room, there were drinks in the corridors for all guests to enjoy

No pool or other leisure time activities within the hotel. No views to the street or outside. The compensated this with beautiful paintings

Manager is very accommodating and nice. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. The Terraza is great with excellent food. You may hear some "night life" noises but, they would normally stop around 10 during the week, 10:30 or 11 during the weekends. Amazing location, you can walk everywhere and is very safe, Boutique concept sometimes means old and dated rooms and furniture, NOT the case here, everything inside the rooms is modern, works well and A/C is very good (quiet). The TV can be a challenge but, maintenance did their best, you won't get a lot of USA channels but, who needs to spend time watching a lot of TV in Queretaro?

I suggest they make a deal with a local transportation company or taxi for "after hour" rides. Uber works well in Queretaro but, early mornings to go to airport or late night pick-up from some place might be challenge, would be great if they had a "go - to" service reliable and safe service.

Location was terrific. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good amenities including rain fall shower. Service was impeccable.

Room 302 the window curtain does not cover window entirely. Gaps with it - makes feel like someone could be peeking in. Though I could pull over and place garbage can or chair to hold. Please fix. Other rooms do not have this problem only corner room. The lighting in the common areas , outside of room, was too dark.

Stylish boutique hotel with an upscale restaurant with rooftop terrace right in the center of Queretaro. The entire historic center is within walking distance. Super friendly staff. Excellent food. Clean.

The focus of the owner clearly was on the interior design and the restaurant, which are both excellent. However, the rooms and some amenities need improvements. For example, the rooms don't have a single chair or work desk. The AC is noisy. The bathroom has almost no space to put toiletries. The coffee/tea station in the room has no black tea and no cream or milk. Sound insulation is good against street noise but very weak against the interior courtyard and neighboring rooms. There should be separate night lights for each bed. WiFi is not secure, and weak and slow. The hotel does not have any parking, and public parking nearby is very limited.

Awesome little hotel, super friendly staff and very secure. I loved the little nice touch at start of my stay with the pastry and note. Comfy and clean linens and really good coffee!

Rooftop restaurant had very loud music, room on the top floor did not had enough noise cancellation At Least music stop late at night

The location is wonderful, within easy walking distance of all the principal sights of Queretaro. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The wifi was very good. The 'rain shower' was fantastic!

Some of the rooms are small (9-14 square meters), and are without a desk or chair. Larger rooms are available at an additional cost. The larger rooms are definitely worth the cost. I should have looked more carefully when making my reservation.

The room was a decent size, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants

The rooftop restaurant played loud music till midnight. The front desk told us they could not help us arrange a taxi to take us to the airport.

Great facilities- all amenities- Fridge- hairdryer- complimentary water- ac/heat- 5 star facility at an extremely affordable cost. I highly recommend it and we are returning to Queretaro in April and will definitely stay there.

a full view, vertical, mirror in the rooms would be great instead of the horizontal mirror. one can only see your head in that kind.

Rooms were modern and bathroom was large. Restaurant had a great breakfast and beautiful setting. Staff was on top of any requests and very friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
