Location. Food was excellent

Children were very, very unruly and noisy, really, shouldn't be allowed in the sunset lounge after 8 pm. Spoilt it for couples and people looking for a relaxing holiday. Entertainment was spoilt by children being allowed run around and scream

Beautiful setting, abundant all inclusive with great options, clean and beautiful villa, fantastic pools, great staff.

There is only a minor complaint: the pool and beach beds are getting “reserved” with towels by guests starting early in the morning and even thought this practice is not allowed, noone is actively enforcing the rule. At this level of hotel and pricing, this “discount package group travel” behaviour should be completely unacceptable, a la poubelle! It could simply be handled by an attendand removing reservation towels from unoccupied seats after 30 minutes. Don’t wait until newly arriving guests are already frustrated and have to actively look for someone to complain to about it.

the food, the staff, the views (sea front) and the all inclusive. the restaurant choices were great and the food incredible, especially in the white restaurant and asian restaurant

hotel starting to look a little tired in places and not enough sunbeds by pools, we didn't didn't travel in peak season but struggle to get a sunbed every day, we never got one at the main pool only kids pool (we didn't travel with children)

The restaurants and all inclusive package was impressive, particularly ‘The White’ restaurant. Every member of staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive and seemed very well trained. The Agreco farm experience was excellent and a must do! The swim up room was lovely and so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave!

The shower head in the room was fixed below waist height making it difficult to shower. The mini bar wasn’t restocked a couple of days but we called reception to ask and it was done straight away. Not a criticism but at Agreco farm, for us personally the amount of food served was too much in quantity. Had there been a menu to state what would be served we may have saved room for the later courses! The meat was delicious.

We liked everything, the room was amazing, the staff was so helpful and nice. The facilities were incredible and the food was delicious. One of the best hotels we have been to. It is highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

The location is a little far from the airport, having a rental car made a huge difference.

The whole concept is beautiful and the staff were fabulous. The privacy was sensational with our swim up accommodation and the sea view was superb

The only fault was I had to ask for tissues and replenish the coffee/ tea a couple of times, otherwise everything was fabulous

absolutely stunning views for sunset, great facilities and wide range of restaurants to try different cuisines.

everything is booked through an app when you check in, more or less. this is good but it also meant that all reservations for dining seem to go very quickly and there was little flexibility. all our bookings were 9/930 pm as this was the only time that was available when we checked in to our room for a 5 night stay.

So many different options for dining and various pools / availability of sun beds was great

The walk from the main areas to the room is quite long, maybe some signage would be helpful. Also would have been helpful to know we could book restaurant reservations in advance to avoid disappointment as with the all inclusive you can dine a la carte at the on site restaurants for free but we missed out on one of them because it was totally booked up

very stylish hotel, all inclusive just the right option for high quality drinks, food, service, location! we loved everything. Room with rain shower, filled with drinks fridge, clean, quiet, premium cocktails at the bar, pralines, ice cream all day throughout. Special thanks to the barmaid Manolis, he is a great experienced barmaid with a lot of knowledge, cheerful personality and warm heart. THANK YOU 🙏 Also Nikolai is a very helpful person, thanks a lot 🙏 Everything was uncomplicated very well organized from checkin till checkout.

very few thinks we would suggest to improve the ambience, install lounge music at background in the Beach bar and organize comfortable seating lounge on the side of the bar. Would be also very nice to make a part of the hotel ADULTS ONLY. Split hotel in two parts and one part reserve for ADULTS ONLY. As it was quite annoying having drinks at the bar and watch crying children

All-inclusive is not our typical accommodation but we loved the place. The facility, food, the staff and the location was very nice. All clean and at the time we were there nice and quiet. We have loved the pools with heated seawater.

It was very early in the season (late Apr) so we assume the place was not full. Can't imagine what it would be in full season as all beds around the pool were taken by 9am in the morning and we could not get a booking at the a la carte restaurant. The sea was rough with a lot of seaweed, so we did not swim. Not sure if that is typical. But as said this is not our typical style of vacation.
