I really liked the variety of food. All areas of the hotel are cozy. It has a very good family-friendly atmosphere. Good location near the beach. The Italian-themed restaurant is wonderful. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and cozy as well. The staff were very kind.

The hotel does not allow guests to reserve sunbeds in the pool area, but people do it anyway and there is no enforcement by the staff. Everyone would leave their towels on the sunbeds and go have breakfast, because the restaurant was full and the pool area are also full but only with the people towels 🤡 making it impossible to find a sunbed. The difficulty in booking one of the themed restaurants left me quite frustrated. The fact that there were no towels or toilet paper in the room and we had to keep asking for them all the time is also very annoying.

We came only for 4 days for our wedding anniversary. We were nicely surprised when entered the room - bottle of house wine was waiting on us. Room was quite small but enough for couple, beautiful view from the terrace in front of the room. The hotel is very clean and so our room was. Hotel offers a good choice of restaurants however, we have been only trying breakfast which was good - plenty of choice from hot food to cereals and fruits, very nice selection of fresh breads.

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The two pools and Jacuzzis were gorgeous

The location was perfect for the strip and the room was amazing.

The sun beds around the pool were a joke. You had to go down and queue for a bed before 9am, people were queuing from 8am. There was very little beds for the amount of people. Some people were arriving down at 11am complaining to staff , staff moved towels if people were not there which was not fair as these people had got up early to get them. The cleaners didn’t clean the rooms till 4pm- 5pm, one day me and my boyfriend were having a nap at 5pm and the cleaner walked in and I woke up to her standing at my bedroom door very creepy. Another time I had just got out of the shower and I was in a towel. It was strange they didn’t clean the room earlier.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It was on a cliff with a short walking path to the beach and a delightful local restaurant. The room had a beautiful terrace, a cute kitchenette, and a nice sized bedroom with a comfy bed.. We liked it so much that we extended our stay a day longer.

Since it is a relatively new addition to the MGM hotel, it was a little difficult to find, but the staff was so accommodating, that they walked us down to the hotel (we drove, they walked) so we could check in and park.

Lovely resort with nice facilities., beautiful garden and nicely decorated apartments.

The walls are thin so you can hear a lot from other apartments. There are a lot of ants in the apartment. I kept finding them on my bed which was not great

The room was perfect, spotless and comfortable. The food in jacs restaurant was nice, good choices and plenty of availability. The complex is very big, with a good of choice of bars. The staff were very friendly. It was clean and tidy all around the complex.

There are a lot of steps, not good for people with mobility issues. Wheelchair and mobility scooter users would definitely struggle around the complex. The additional restaurants were just outside of the complex. Again, not good for people with mobility problems, too many steps. The Chinese restaurant was OK, but not a great selection of food, but what we had was nice. My husband has mobility issues, he couldn't use his mobility scooter and struggled with all the steps. It was a disappointment that the disco was only on for an hour and the bars shut early. It needs to be stated before booking an out of season holiday.

What a lovely place in an ideal location—central to the beach and not too far from the Strip. There is lots to do in the complex and unfortunately, it was too cold to try out the pool but it looked lovely and clean.. We did not eat there, so I can't comment on that. Our accommodation was lovely and clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

The only thing was the corridors in E block and the lifts were a bit dark and dated but it didn't deter from what was a nice few days. Be aware that you have to pay a 100 Euros deposit in cash for any possible damages although you do get it back, but it can be a lot to find for some people.

Large property with lots of different pools and eating options. Beach nearby is great. Staff accommodated us when we asked to move away from the rowdy groups. Gardens and facilities were well maintained. We had half board and the variety was enjoyed by adults and children.

There were large groups of British males who were inappropriate around the pool (swearing, urinating in glasses) and the staff did not seem to be moderating their behavior. We did not go into the town area which was close due to the groups of partiers. Our room did not get cleaned every day.

The views of the water and location to the beach was incredible. Watching the sunrise from our porch was beautiful. It was too cold to use the pools but we could see the grounds were kept beautifully. Our arrival Christmas Eve we were too late to be allowed to eat at the one restaurant you had open but we walked into town and had an AMAZING meal at Dunes Steakhouse (highly recommend) so it all worked out. I was disappointed that upon check-in the front desk didn't think to tell us that you would be having fireworks for Christmas...that should have been shared. Otherwise was a beautiful hotel, grounds and easy to get to and from. Staff were accommodating and when we asked for bedding to make up the pull out coach we got some. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

I didn't like that only one restaurant was open with a very limited menu but realize that December is low tourism time for the Algarves. And I wish the front desk had informed us of fireworks for Christmas celebration...advance notice would have been nice. Otherwise it was a great stay.
