Room was spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed family room. Beds and Pillows were very comfortable. Black out curtains were great. Balcony with chairs overlooking the pool. spacious hallway as you walk in. Pool was lovely set in lush green gardens, exceptionally maintained.

A few items for the children like a pool table, some games for the older children would work well. Kids club was only for very small children but seemed great in terms of their facilities, it was just quite far away from the hotel, but they did offer a shuttle bus.

Great service, staff where very accomodsting. Our taxi from the airport took us to the wrong hotel. It is confusing as there is another building with a very similar name. We called the hotel who got a car to collect us straight away. The hotel is not far from the hotel but the hotel provides transport to and from the beach, and also provide sunbeds at the hotel along with towels. Great views from our room and lots of facilities, swimming pool, gym and spa. Good location too

The size of the rooms, shuttle to beach was excellent and shuttle staff were excellent, and never had to wait to long, All staff, very helpful when we asked for bookings for meals etc & tried to help us. Bar area was pretty and always looked inviting in the evening with candles. Breakfast was very good, great selection.

We found the pool area a bit scruffy, pool tiles missing, theses things should be done as standard, and tables needed cleaning full of other people's left over stuff., and mats were stained Shame as it totally put us off using it.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and only a ten minutes walk from the beach. The lobby is beautiful with a great bar for drinks and snacks. The pool area is very nice and relaxing with a garden area away from the pool to take shade. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and I particularly liked the variety of fresh juices. I booked a garden view, and when I spoke to reception to express my disappointment that it was facing the carpark, I was met with a not so considerate response of ‘well there is a garden in the carpark too, if you want the garden view on the pool side of the hotel you will have to upgrade at your own cost’. I didn’t upgrade as I was on the end of the corridor and had a window in my room with a sea view at least. Considering the cost of the hotel per night coupled with the fact that there was no option for ‘carpark garden view’ or ‘pool garden view’ it was only specified as garden view, I feel the response was unjustified. However, for the remainder of my stay the staff were very nice and courteous.

I think drinking/filtered water could be provided in rooms for guests and topped up daily. The charge for a 1ltr bottle of still water is too much.

Arrived late at night, just before 10pm. Restaurant closed of course, but Room service had a great menu and all available until 11pm. I enjoyed a very good dinner, Sea Bass and some really good vegetables for the fillets to sit on. Didn't get to enjoy dinner or the bar, but breakfast was good too. Great location for my purpose. I will be back there.

Rooms were a little stark

The staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable big bed. Nice air conditioning. Lovely breakfast. And spotless. Food was very good too in restaurant and room service. We had a fantastic week there.

There could have been an ice machine somewhere in the hotel.

Very varied and substantial quantities of food and drink. Service at breakfast excellent. Both pools were exceptionally clean and staff always in attendance with towels etc. The garden areas were beautiful with tall palm trees and many other beautiful bushes with a variety of birds singing and flying to and to. shrubs and flowers. The bedroom was large and had a a largish balcony at tree top height. The restaurant had a varied menu with excellent food and wine, Service excellent too.

Great locations, clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice pool for the kids!

Wine selection wasn’t great and food could be improved. A lot of the staff don’t speak English .

Location in centre of two marvelous places to go Quinta de Lago and Val de Lobo - not far from beach to head to either. Taxis plentiful. Staff all very happy to help. Breakfast plentiful. All rooms side on to sea so almost all have sea views/glimpses. Stayed at Ria Park and Spa

Nothing to complain about - we stayed at Ria Park and Spa raher than Garden.

Exceptionally clean, excellent set up, free hotel shuttle to the beach. Amazing breakfast and quality of food. Super for families. The suite was very spacious and airy. I will return to here.

No local shop to buy water or a few things close by. The manager on the breakfast is very stern but the staff are lovely. He isn’t very friendly. Pool bar food isn’t as good quality as breakfast. But had a super time all the same.
