The property has a delightful garden, which is probably better to view in the spring and summer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is large and clean.

One of the grandchildren was ill, and coughed a lot. Wish we were moved to an outer building away from the family during this time of Covid and flus. We did not want to get ill on our extended trip. If we had asked them to do this they probably would’ve because they were very agreeable kind and sweet people.

The house was charming with a lovely garden. The rooms were beautifully clean with very comfortable beds and luxury bed linen. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice, served in an elegant dining room. Friendly welcome from the owners - and their lovely dalmation dogs.

There was a hiccup with our booking which meant we were not able to have the twin en-suite room originally booked. One of the alternative rooms offered was not ensuite and there was no alternative bathroom on that floor. Not a big issue, just a little inconvenient in the middle of the night!!

Great location and surroundings. Comfortable, clean room and good breakfast. An ideal overnight stop off for people looking to join a cruise ship in Southampton the next day (which we were)

Not a big deal but the owners were not there to greet us. The lady they appointed to greet us was not aware that another guest had let us into the house so we were in the house (but not our room) and the lady was waiting outside for us. After about an hour and a half the matter was sorted out. Comical in a way !!

Lovely garden setting. Had a nice room in the barn conversion with ensuite, access to the pool (didn't use way too cold), lounge area and small kitchenette. Breakfast served in main house dining room. Hosts provided all that we needed. Bed comfy. Room quiet. Loved the dogs, especially the puppy.

We got what we wanted for breakfast but another person did not due to host running out of yoghurt and juice. Nothing really else to say here.

Lovely find. Picked because of it's proximity to Watermill Theatre (now that's a must visit in summer!). Quaint and very spacious room (overlooking the pool). Bonus to get use fo shared lounge below bedrooms. Use of gardens and pool amazing as weather was lovely. Hospitality and breakfast a delight.

Bathroom dated but perfectly functional and very large.

The breakfast was disappointing as my scrambled egg was brought to the table as I was still eating my cereal hence it got cold ,and a large dog entered a few times. I felt the hostess could have shut the door and kept the dog out

Beautiful gardens and very friendly owners. The location was ideal for a lunch celebration at nearby restaurant (The Woodspeen). We stayed in rooms in the Coach House, with the added benefit of a sitting room and kitchenette - perfect for relaxing in when the weather wasn’t pleasant enough to sit outside!

Just an observation but certainly didn’t detract from our stay: The decoration was a little dated and the communal conservatory was in need of a clean/sweep.

Very friendly, breakfast was exceptional. We had everything we needed for our stay. We went in December, it would be lovely in the summer with the views, and they also have an out door swimming pool.

Could have been closer to the Town Centre, but we were it was 2 miles away when we booked. I couldn't really find anything I didn't like.

The gardens were lovely. The room was good, bed was clean and warm. The bathroom large and water pressure ok. Breakfast was good.

The property needs some attention door handles loose, floor was very noisy, lacked maintenance.

Wonderful rooms with access to a lounge. Beautiful property and Rupert was friendly and recommended a great spot for dinner.

Some elements of the property were dated. The owners dogs although friendly did jump up.
