Outside looking in I was a little nervous at first. We waited on the keys in the Restaurant, which was nice. Got the keys entered Room and we were absolutely pleasantly surprised at our room!!! Looked new and was comfortable. Best part of the room... Amazing shower water pressure!!!

-Great Location for Tottenham stadium. -Great Price -Room was cosy and well kitted with TV and fridge -Staff member on check in was a lovely chap. -Credit where it's due overall this place is probably the best I've found on a budget for going to Tottenham games. The pros massively outweigh the cons.

Small annoyances -The Day I arrived the bar/restaurant was booked for a private function so you can't even have a pint or watch the football in your own hotel. I found this very disappointing as this happened the last time I stayed here too. It wouldn't be difficult to allow access to residents for a small cordoned off section of the bar. -Its not the best area so keep your wits about you walking home etc. -Shower had a bit of damp, floor could of done with a mop, light switches not working, bulbs needing changed. Small things that are easily fixed. Tea cup dirty on arrival which is obviously a bit disgusting but I cleaned it myself before use.

Deceptively big. The rooms are bright and modern and well thought out.

Complementary light breakfast was a little box of cornflakes and UHT milk.. but it didn’t matter really.

Clean, modern room, we had all what we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was soft just how I like it. Kettle, cereals, coffee, tea prepared each day +fresh milk in the mini fridge. USB charging possibilities. Towels changed each day. There is a food store across the street, also a bus stop. Tube is within 10min. walk. Very good value for the price.

Would have been good to have a hairdryer in the bathroom. And a few more hangers. Also a smaller towel for face/hair prepared. But all in all we liked everything 😊

The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the rooms were relatively quiet. The hotel's location was central, close to almost all public transportation networks. The only thing missing in the room was a hairdryer. The availability of coffee, tea, milk, etc. would have been a nice touch.

If you're returning to the hotel after 11 p.m. or later, and you're taking public transportation instead of a private car or taxi, you might not feel very safe on the streets. However, I didn't experience any problems.

This is a great option if you are attending a gig at Tottenham Hotspurr. We were able to walk from and to the stadium (30mins) avoiding the horrible queues to get public transportation. Staff was very nice and accommodating. My partner forgot her phone at the room and they were lovely about it. Retrieved the phone and sent it to us by post.

There was no aircon and no windows in our room, so in the middle of a heat weave, it did get quite hot in the room. There was however, a fan which definitely helped.

Like: The Fountain Hotel was above my expectations. Honestly, it didn't look great in the pictures, but it's much nicer in person. The room was small, but spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy — perfect for a short stay. Getting there was super convenient, with easy access from Stansted Airport, and the underground station just a short walk away. Lots of places to eat nearby. If you're in town for a Spurs match, this is an excellent choice — the location makes getting to the stadium really straightforward. I’d definitely stay here again. Dislike: Our flight was delayed, so we arrived after the check-in time and had to pay an extra fee for late check-in at the hotel

Alex who greeted us was exceptional. The guy who showed us to our room in the evening was nice and carried my bag up the stairs but would not get us extra pillows. The lovely guy in the morning got us some though so had for the second night. The room was clean and comfortable although was smaller than originally promised. Felt safe in the property

The walk to seven sisters station was a good 10 minutes. Felt safe enough through the day but on returning back from London in the evening the high Street seemed a bit intimidating especially as a single mum with a young son although no one really bothered us. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel that would take you near the station and we could of got a taxi I suppose

The staff were so friendly & accommodating and having a bar below you which looked huge and great if you’re a sport lover was a big bonus. A good location for Tottenham stadium which took us just over 30 minutes to walk back from. Shower was huge and just what we needed for 1 night away!

The only critic of the room was just how hot it was! I don’t think it went below 25 degrees in the room & even with a fan and the window open, it just was so u comfortably warm!

Great value for a couple in London. Easy to get to from Stansted airport (Bus or Train to Tottenham Hale, then tube to Seven Sisters station). Easy access to central London via plentiful public transport options. Lovely stylish, albeit small, room but everything you need for a short stay.

Only a few minor things – no reception, collect keys at the pub; realised there was no hairdryer in the room but didn't want to go outside to get to the pub to ask for one; quite a packed small room, just about able to close the ensuite door; can be noisy with people coming back late at night, no soundproofing so light sleepers will get woken up.
