Breakfast had great choices, freshly prepared on order, plenty of dining space and not sat on top of each other. Separate eating area for those with dogs, you guys get the sea views. Room was warm and cosy, plenty of storage space bathroom immaculate. Location is simply perfect, directly opp the pier and all amenities.

Old building has issues as you would expect, bathroom had an aroma, though no fault with cleanliness just age of building I assume. Lights are very bright, a child of mine is sensitive to LED lights and the flicker that no one else can see but they can, did affect them, but we just turned the offending light off so no biggie. Aslo turned off the heating and opened window when it got warm, and it got very warm.

The hotel is in a really good position on North Parade. Better to come by train as the station is not far away and everyone knows parking in Llandudno is dire! Booked into Room 10. A little startled to realise it contained the fire escape but as my husband pointed out, it was the safest place to be in event of an emergency! The room itself was nicely furnished and was warm, clean and comfortable. A decent view of The Orme. The walk in shower was powerful and the towels were soft and fluffy. There was a good choice at breakfast, everything was fresh and well cooked. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were courteous and pleasant. So nice to be called Sir and Madam rather than Guys! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Not keen on the black napkins. Personal preference.

A very central location and a well presented building which was well decorated, clean and attractive. The room itself (room 6) was on the small side but was fine for a couple. The fittings and decoration were modern and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good quality food. The hotel was good value for money and I would definitely return.

Room 6 seems to be an exit point in case of a fire. This wasn’t explained to us before booking and was a bit of a concern. Because of this there was also an emergency light in the room that glowed green all night and didn’t help with sleep. I don’t think having this kind of exit is appropriate within a guest room and I am surprised it meets health and safety and fire regulations.

Lovely hotel and staff but I had difficulty getting in and out with the steps. There is a ramp but not really suitable for a mobility scooter. My room was accessible by lift and close by which I appreciated. My only disappointment was that the bathroom was not suitable for me I need a walk in shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable.The built in furniture was lovely I'd like it in my own home. Staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my breakfast. Fantastic that dogs can stay 😀

A walk in shower rather than a bath and shower. I had to leave my scooter out in the rain at night as I couldn't access the steps. My fault I forgot to bring the cover.

The location is fantastic, right on the sea front. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful with everything. The barman was great! We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was beautiful food and service. The room was spotless, cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It was an added bonus that it had a full size bath as many rooms of the same size don't usually. Stayed in a room next to the lift but didn't hear anything all night. Although it was dog friendly and we do not have a dog it wasn't an issue. It was clean everywhere and no smell lingering. Highly recommended and will definitely use this hotel again when visiting Llandudno.

This is a hotel created from two adjoining Edwardian terrace houses on the seafront. It has been exceptionally well modernised with very good fittings. We had a room overlooking the sea and promenade. There was ample storage space with many drawers and a large clothes cupboard. A table service breakfast offered an extensive choice from a full Welsh breakfast to kippers and everything in between.

Because of the constraints of the original building the shower room was a shade small. It had been created within the space of the existing room and clearly a balance had to be struck between the size of the shower room and the resultant bedroom. It was adequate in size but extremely clean and well designed

great location close to the seafront and with great views of the sea , staff very friendly and coffee machine and fridge in the room and water was good

The main bedroom was great with comfortable good beds and a great bathroom . The sofa bed was however not comfortable at all with a less than adequate mattress . They did add an extra bed for us though which was good but I feel we paid a lot of money for the suite for one night and I was expecting a higher quality sofa bed for the children.

The staff were super welcoming and after a cold long day at the beach with the dog we came back quite late but was desperate for a hot chocolate. The bar and reception was closed and staff were leaving to go home but the lovely blonde gentle man made sure we got our hot chocolate and even served it with cream. He didn’t know how cold we were or that my husband was feeling run down but he made sure we had such a lovely experience and stay and little acts like this make for a memorable stay. I’ve already promoted the hotel on my social Media to friends and definitely will come back. The location is perfect the breakfast was so delicious and the two ladies serving also created a memorable stay for our pooch treating him to sausages for breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough 10/10

There’s no allocated parking but it’s advertised a lot on their page so you can plan ahead. We had no trouble as there was street parking that’s free from 8pm-10am

We liked the sea view. The breakfast was good and the service was friendly and efficient!

We thought the room was a standard double with a sea view. We paid extra for this above the standard double price. It was described as a Queen Room with a large double bed. Water was not provided in the room. It was available from Reception at a cost of 75p per bottle. The room was small and we could hear the TV from the room next door!

Excellent location, comfortable room and friendly welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast with smooth table service. Our dog was offered a sausage each morning which he appreciated. We ate in the hotel on both evenings, there was enough choice on the menu and the food was tasty and well presented.

Nothing we didn’t like but it would have been nice if there was a room with comfortable armchairs or sofa to sit and relax after meal and have a drink.
