The place is incredible. It was clean & everything you need is there. Fridge Washing machine Tumble dryer Iron & Iron board Kettle Toaster Stove - Oven Air conditioning. A large shower. It's big enough for 4 people. The staff are all friendly & very helpful. The area is safe & it's a stone throw away from a local mall. The bed is really massive & the room is spacious as well I am definitely coming back

The fact that I did not get to stay longer - There was literally nothing not to like about this place. Whenever I am in Pretoria, this is where I am staying - my home away from home

I loved everything about the apartment, it had space and everything you needed. I loved the big comfortable bad with white linen. The room was very clean. Though I did not have time to watch tv, I loved that it was a big screen tv and they have netflix. This is an added bonus.

They make a copy of your credit card. I don't understand why as they may just ask you to see it, especially when payments has already gone through. This made me uncomfortable especially when we have lots of cases of scammers and fraud in SA. Try to find a different method.

Location good, close to a petrol station and small shopping centre. Friendly and welcoming.

The rooms a bit cramped. Would remove one chair at the door for more flow and less restriction. The Fan is very loud. No aircon

Very clean and welcoming. The bed is so comfortable and the water is hot. The apartment is so spacious and neat.

I was on the second floor. The lift button didn't work when I needed to go down. I had to use the stairs. Not a train smash. But do look into it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Akanani Apartments! The accommodations had everything I needed, were impeccably clean, and the gentleman at the reception was not only friendly but also quite humorous. Akanani is truly the best in town in Pretoria. Highly recommended!"

Best location close to entertainment areas

I arrived to the apartments 2hours before check-in from the airport , I asked the front desk lady to direct me where the restaurant is so that I can have lunch while waiting for my partner and check in time, she told me that they do not have a restaurant but it is listed on the page and they also uploaded pictures of the “restaurant” . I then asked if I can wait in the same office space she is working in because it has a nice sitting areas that looks like a waiting area, she said “ yes you can wait here but I am about to leave the office to check housekeeping, so you can leave your bag and go around and come back later or wait outside in the parking area until I come back to the office” imagine checking in and being told to wait outside with no chairs or sitting area.

Everything about the facility is excellent, I find no faulty. The room was spotless clean, bed so comfortable and egyptian pure white lined and fluffy snow white towels. It exceeded my expectation. Fully equipped kitchen was à bonus.

I always love coming back to Akanani. It's a beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. It's also well situated, close to everything. A perfect place for a short stay cation.

There was an odd fish smell in the apartment that we could not get rid of. It just smelled terrible. The apartment also did not feel clean.

If I had to be pedantic I would say having the Windows open there's alot of noise because of the hospital next door. But it's really not that bad.
