gorgeous and unique decoration

the junior suites urgently need a refresh; the heating was out of order; water from above was dripping in our bath room; the upper floors were very loud over the weekend (discos on top floor); but the security of the stairs to the japanese restaurant are unacceptable; no ramp to guide when going down very slippery and dark stairs; decoration and design has to stop when security starts

I did not like reception service. hotel quality and reception is opposite. personel is not helpful. they are not educated and experinced for reception work.

It was our anniversary. so we opted for the Premium King Room. The room was comfortable and stylish. Near to the metro which gives you access to all of Sofia. and the restaurants are heavenly. (skip room service though). But walk outside into the garden and have some sushi and you will be delighted.

It is perhaps a little Gaudy in the lobby, and the room service is very lacking since they have such great steaks and sushi on offer from the other restaurants that they just don't provide to the rooms. The hotel staff are a bit nonchalant for such an establishment, but honestly better than most Sofia hotels.

It was very nice hotel. The restaurants were very nice and the food was very good.

It was far from the center. In the hotel summary it said 10 min walk and in reality it was 55 min walk.

The hotel was nice and, what's most important, clean. The facilities were very good. The location is amazing - close to the metro.

The staff were quite rude. While I understand that they had to accommodate a big group and it was quite late, this is no excuse for the rude manner with which I was welcomed.

Hotel is in the nice area/metro very close the hotel/. Lobby of the hotel is outstanding! Nice bars and restaurants are part of the hotel. Beautiful japanese garden is also part of hotel. Very nice gym. The guy and girl at reception were very nice. If i come back in Sofia i would make reservations at this hotel again. 👍

Well there is not so much that I didn't like. But rooms are not 5 ⭐ hotel. Pool is more for recreation(swimming), also some swimming team have practice there. not so much like in the other hotel. Everything else for me was good.

Lovely hotel, beautiful facilities. Breakfast was lovely. Positioned just outside the underground train station.

Getting service via room service was a nightmare, at times the phone would go forever until I give up and go downstairs to the reception and still wait in the long queue to get help. Tried to get an iron sent to my room but there were no irons, not even in designated iron stations on the stairs. Staff did not even try to assist as the reception area was overwhelmed by hotel guests. Most hotels will have staff dedicated to support hotel guests but not in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful but very poor customer service they were not friendly and were not helpful I just felt it discrimination. customer service is very poor worst place have ever stayed travelling a lot

The customer service the reception it’s very poor they were not helpful at all. Even the Japanese restaurant poor service the hotel reception is poor service. Worst place for me. My room had no tea, coffee and Kettle to make tea and coffee . I had to fight them to get me one no even apologies for not having kettle to make tea in my room. The receptionist was very rude to me. When I request to speak to the manager why my room did not have tea, coffee and kettle all he said we will get one to your room. For goodness sake it’s a 5star hotel the service should be of same standard of a 5 star hotel’s . Beautiful hotel with poor service I didn’t enjoy my stay.

we absolutely loved everything about this place. with so many options to do there, we don’t even need to leave the hotel for anything. all facilities are all maintained, plenty of food options to choose from, an amazing experience at the spa and massage center. We will definitely return every time we visit Sofia. The staff is exceptional, always willing to help and answer any questions with a smile on their faces. Thanks to everyone for making our stay amazing.
