The location was perfect- right in the middle of the city with many of the sightseeing locations within walking distance. The breakfast offered in the morning was great as was the wifi. The staff were so kind and had great suggestions for navigating Naples. The room was large with a private bathroom and good air conditioning.

Because of the central location, the street was a bit loud at night. Also, if you used the air conditioning at night, the light on the unit was bright. Good noise cancelling headphones and an eye mask solved these problems.

The central location, right above Toledo metro station exit, and right beside the Quartieri Spagnoli, made it extremely convenient. There is a lift so it is easy to bring a large luggage for a female traveller. I love how clean and spacious the room is. Breakfast had good variety and within the property in a comfortable cozy space. The best thing about it was my host Vincenzo who made sure i made it there and Alberto who gave me a map with full explanation and recommendations on what to see, and practical tips on how to get to Pompeii by myself.

The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable enough. The gentleman, Johnny?, who met me at the door was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast not included was a shock - the room was $299 and I expected breakfast per the Booking.com information that I filtered for, but it was not. The elevator, which I also filtered for, was accessible only after a climb of about 8-10 steps. Not good with luggage. The signage for the hotel was not easy to see - I wandered the square for a few moments looking for the signage.

Everything went perfect from arrival to departure. Warm reception, boundless and kindest assistance on restaurants, sites to visit, laundry, all needs. Vincenzo is always available, either in person or by zap. The rooms are renovated, functional, and yet gracefully decorated. Breakfast is excelkent, and may be coronated by the best sfogliatella in Naples. Vincenzo, Nunzia, Tai and all staff offer a remarkable stay.

No complaints. Everything perfect.

It was a relaxing stay. The accommodation met all the requirements regarding space and cleanliness. It is centrally located and around you can find all kinds of terrace restaurants in the Spanish neighborhood. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast is tasty and satisfying. The hosts are very kind and we were even able to leave our luggage after check-out, thus saving some costs.

The area is a little bit noisy during the night

Lovely updated hotel right outside the Spanish quarter and the Metro. Could not be a better location for exploring Naples. The rooms have been updated and they did a wonderful job. We chose a room with a balcony. The balcony was small but still able to sit overlooking the square and great for watching people. It had a beautifully updated bathroom with a fabulous shower. Nunzia helped us with our check-in and was also there in the mornings to offer us a wonderful breakfast. Nunzia also arranged for a taxi to pick us up in Praiano and drive us to Naples. She provided us with a map and highlighted restaurants, and sites not to be missed.

We arrived on Sunday and had a bit of difficulty finding the B&B. This is possibly part my fault for assuming it would be a fairly obvious structure. The taxi driver had to let us out by the Oriental Hotel because the B&B is located in the square where cars aren't allowed. On Sundays the entrance to the building where the B&B is located had a locked gate. At first when I passed it appeared nothing was there or had been closed. I called the hotel and Nunzia came down to meet us. This is not an issue if you arrive during the week. There is a security guard at a desk inside the building. You are also given a key to the front gate and the B&B.

The location is perfect. We took a taxi to and from the airport, but we were able to walk everywhere the rest of the time. There is a metro right outside the door, but we didn't have a need for it. The host was very nice and accommodating. He went out of his way to help us and to answer any questions we had. The room size was great for my family of three, and my son loved the shower. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Napoli.

Not applicable - everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a great location and perfect for couples or solo travelers. The room is clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. Vincenzo went out of his way to accommodate our transportation to and from and was so generous throughout our stay checking in on us.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. This was perfect for us and exactly what we needed for our one night in Naples. We had an early flight and didn’t get to enjoy breakfast (which is included) but I’m sure it’s wonderful!

A Home Away From Home Our recent stay at Residenza Borbonica was absolutely wonderful. The property was not only clean and comfortable, but also beautifully decorated with a simple yet elegant touch. The location was ideal for exploring Naples, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. My parents, who are in their 60s, were particularly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations. They felt right at home, and the host's warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and in an excellent location next to Toledo metro station. Within walking distance of many sights and shops. Staff very helpful and obliging. Good choice for breakfast. Good value. Would recommend.

Be aware that this is in the city and therefore somewhat noisy at night. Not from traffic but from revellers. Some very local building work is temporarily being completed nearby.
