I had a great stay. Very good price for what you’re getting in return. The receptionists are nice and friendly. The apartment is spacious with all the facilities which makes it comfortable for a short or a long term stay. Bed is very comfortable. Furniture is modern and is good quality. The balcony is nice and spacious. As well it’s clean and the cleaners are really nice and friendly and did a great job. The location is ideal. At night it’s quiet so you can sleep easily. Will definitely book this place again whenever I’m in Tbilisi.

Our overall experience at Qstay Gratus tibilisi was great. We booked an appartment with terrace the room was clean spacious . The location was 10 minutes walk from the main shopping street . The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Nika who helped us to organize some of our daily activities and recommended some nice restaurants. They provided us with a free underground parking and it cane useful since we ve haded a rental Car. We really enjoyed our stay the only issue is on the check out date we asked for a late check out until 2 pm so they charged us extra amount although we stayed for 4 days .

Very nice interior and comfortable mattresses, everything is rather new. To be clear: we've upgraded the room onsite after two nights in the room we originally booked here, because the one we booked was on the ground floor and from the room with a sofa your could hear everything that was going on at 24/7 reception. Like someone checking in at 4 am. But you can only hear it from the room with the sofa, not the bedroom, so for solo travellers or couples it'll be okay. My mother was staying at the sofa room so we upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite on the 4th floor in the end. And it was perfect — you even have views of Mtatsminda and ferris wheel, very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. And I think it comes for a fair, even low price.

Soundproofing at the ground floor could be definitely better. We also had to turn down heating a bit as it was too hot in the apartment but that was easy to do. The staff was always very helpful.

I recently had a wonderful 12-day stay at Qstay Gratus Tbilisi, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities, including a fridge, microwave, sink, and a safe electric countertop stove, with some apartments even featuring a washing machine. As a Muslim guest, it was especially convenient to find that their bathrooms included handheld bidet sprayers. These amenities were incredibly helpful, especially for longer stays, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff at Qstay Gratus were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give a special thanks to Tiko, who graciously assisted with my early check-in and even took the time to show me to the nearest supermarket. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy, and their maintenance team was quick to address any issues, such as ensuring hot water was available. One feature I found particularly convenient was the 24-hour availability of the front desk through WhatsApp. This made it easy to get in touch with them, even when I wasn’t in the hotel. Qstay Gratus Tbilisi is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue, one of Tbilisi’s main historical streets. The avenue is bustling with a range of Halal restaurants offering Turkish, Iranian, Yemeni, Indian, and Arabic cuisines, perfect for those who enjoy diverse culinary experiences. The area also boasts beautiful 19th-century architecture, adding to the charm of the surroundings. I rented a car for 3 days, and they allowed me to use their available parking space at no additional charge. This was very convenient, as parking in a busy area like this can be challenging, and it made exploring Tbilisi and nearby areas stress-free.

To be fair, there were a couple of minor downsides. The closet in my apartment was quite narrow, and I could hear some noise from the hallway due to the thin walls. However, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic stay.

An excellent and wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony was spacious and had the most beautiful view we have ever experienced. The service was outstanding, and the staff was quick to assist guests. The surprise we found in the room was truly amazing and made my day. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming—I sincerely appreciate each one of them, including the bellboys, whose names I don’t recall, but everyone was excellent. A big thank you to the hotel for choosing such professional staff and maintaining great cleanliness. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was also well-appointed, featuring a bidet and fully functional heating. Additionally, the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. One of the highlights was the quietness of the room, despite its proximity to the main road. This made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel also offers free private parking in the basement, which was a great convenience. The interior design was stylish and made the space feel very welcoming. Overall, I still recommend Qstay Gratus Tbilisi for anyone visiting the city. Despite a few minor issues, the hotel provides excellent service, high-quality accommodation, and great value for money.

Upon arrival, I noticed that some trash from the previous guests had not been disposed of, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the road in front of the hotel often experienced heavy traffic, making it inconvenient when traveling by car or taxi. Walking was not an issue, though. The surrounding area had many old apartment buildings, some of which appeared unoccupied, making it feel a bit eerie when walking around at night.

Located in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of shopping and restaurant streets, and a 7-minute Bolt ride away from the Bridge of Peace and Liberty Square (for about $3). 🚶‍♀️🛍️🚗 The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, very quiet due to the soundproof glass, which made for an amazing quality of sleep, much needed after long tours. 😴✨ The kitchen was equipped with everything, and the TV was a Google Smart TV with all apps already installed. 📺📱 At the reception, they offered free coffee, tea, and red wine daily to guests, and there was a nice outdoor seating area where you could enjoy a drink. ☕🍷🍹 A beauty salon attached to the hotel offered hair, facial, and nail services for both men and women, which was also very handy if needed. 💇‍♀️💅💆‍♂️ The balcony was very spacious and a nice, relaxing place, especially for morning coffee. The heating system was also perfect for keeping the room nice and warm. 🌞☕️ Qstay is a beautiful, modern, stylish, spacious, and comfortable place to stay in Tbilisi... highly recommended. 👌

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. Their warmth and willingness to assist truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, allowing for plenty of room to relax and unwind. The highlight for me was the lovely balcony, which offered a stunning view of the city—absolutely perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. One of the best features of the apartment was the well-equipped kitchen. It made it so convenient to whip up quick meals and snacks during my stay. It felt like a home away from home! Additionally, I appreciated having a TV with Netflix available, which was great for some cozy movie nights after a busy day of exploring.

I want to tell you about this hotel, while I was staying in another hotel and had to change my place, I came across it by chance. I want to mention that I didn't expect anything when I left, when I made the reservation, I asked the receptionist to check in early and she agreed. I was impressed with the room, hygiene standards, bed linen, towels, bed size and comfort, layout of the rooms, huge wardrobe, armchair and two balconies, I did not expect such a cool result, because it is rare for small hotels to be so tidy.
