They had very good breakfast different options and they had very good security around the area felt safe.

The bed was not that comfortable. We booked for a king size bed and it felt like a queen size bed. They said that was the biggest bed they had the bathroom. The sink was not in the bathroom was in the middle of the room, so it felt kind of weird But everything else was great.

I think the staff could be nicer and more thoughtful about the guests, specially if they are doing their check in. They can’t be paying attention to other random and less important question from other costumers, tell the other guest to wait in a kind manner. I felt bad when other costumer almost rest his arm on my shoulder to ask the front desk lady about the WiFi.

The location is really nice, they have a rooftop bar and restaurant with nice views of Cayalá and other parts of the city. The room was really clean.

The parking was hard to find, since we drove all the way to Guatemala, it was a bit difficult to locate it. And the access roads are closed on Sundays so we had to look for another entrance and not the ones indicated by the maps.

Breakfast - I was not able to take advantage of the buffet, just too much food for one person. Ordered a la carte, it was good, but could have had some fruit with what I ordered. Coffee excelent! The room was awesome

Could not get to work the TV and was too tired to try to figure it out. No instructions in the room either how to get the TV to show me channels.

Friendly staff always willing to go out of their way to help and serve as needed.

The layout of the room is very different than what I’m used to in the states. In the states you have all the restrooms in one room, but in this case the private area of the restroom was enclosed only by a glass sliding door and the sink was outside with in the bedroom. I’m saying it is different not that is wrong.is just something I didn’t like about it.

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. It is practically difficult to point out something that would be wrong. In the hotel restaurant, they serve espresso the best in the world. Thank you and congratulations. Service at the reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning staff top class. Keep it that way. When I have the opportunity to be in Guatemala again, your hotel will be my first choice.

It’s located just in Cayala which is convenient for the amount of restaurants in the area. Not much noise is the place where it’s situated, so I was able to sleep well.

It was a little bit strange for the reception to be on the 6th floor which could be a bit confusing at first. Also there could be some waiting on the check in, as they tend to have just one person on the desk.

The staff was great and this Hotel has everything you need, especially if you are arriving in Guatemala late at the airport this will be you best option, because you can have a lot of variety of restaurants around and it's also super safe but I love the rooms super comfy and also the designs of the bathrooms everything was perfect, I also used the gym and they have the right equipment for a nice workout, they have one of the best balconies with the view to the hole GT City so everything was perfect, I will stay there again for sure.

In a very safe neighborhood, the breakfast was nice, the rooms were quiet.

we had decaffeinated coffee in room only sheets were a bit old in our room the thermostat difficult to set I froze in the room intermittently at night and no extra Blankets. Used towels to warm up.
