I LOVED this BUDGET hotel. IDEAL for 1 or 2 night stay. No frills, no fuss. 7 mins walk from Train Station. No 18 Tram will take you there if you got lot of baggage. Cafes & Restaurants nearby. Tea/Coffee making on ground floor. I booked solo 2 nights. Got an email to confirm, telling me my room no, room available early with key in the door. Someone at reception from 7 am till 3 pm only, and was given a pass code to access the hotel if I arrived later. Also a contact phone no if any issue. The man at reception was such a nice guy, very helpful. Minded my case on day leaving as I was flying out late. Room aged but spotless and quiet. Bed comfy. Shower and toilet, in the hallway, spotless and always available with shower gel. Towels provided. Each floor has 3 rooms only with shower/toilet per floor. Room was serviced daily. Hotel in centre of city short walking distance to most tourist attractions. Tram outside hotel to CERN and UNITED NATIONS. Got email with free travel pass for city. Can say no more!

The lift floor area was small and aged tbf. I was on 5th floor so used it a lot. You really could only fit one person with little baggage. I was fine with it. There is a stairs obviously also.

Can almost see the train station from the hotel! It’s that close and that makes it so worth it. Also, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants and coffee bars. A short walk downhill to the Lake! No a/c but a fan in the room helps. It might be a bit noisy since it’s so close to everything. Literally steps to the bus to the airport! And a grocery store just a block away. Bed was comfy and sheets were fine. Bathroom down the hall was always clean! Towels were big and absorbent. Sink in the room was nice- water so hot I could make tea! Management was relaxed and friendly and I felt very safe. Lots of good advice from the manager (owner?). Would definitely stay again

Wish they had coffee !

This was very good for me. The staff is super friendly, the rooms cozy for one person. There are plenty outlets for your devices. There is a sink in the room but the toilet and shower are shared on floor. It is surprisingly tranquil for such a location in downtown area, walking distance to train station and stores. The breakfast room downstairs is currently not yet back in service but there are plenty bakeries and coffee shops nearby. A major bus stop is also nearby making it so easy to get around.

The shower on first floor is a very tight closet with little space to put towel, clothing and shoes to avoid becoming wet! I did have to end my journey in another hotel as I prefer having toilet and shower available in my room, at my age! But I would return here with no hesitation.

Nice private single room, cheaper than most due to shared bathrooms. Was nice and quiet, and very warm. Room includes : single bed, desk/vanity, wall (full length) mirror, sink, wardrobe area, and no bed side table but shelf above the bed with a lamp. I received a free public transport voucher for the duration of my stay - and this was fantastic given the very good tram and bus connections!!

Would have appreciated having a kettle or some source of hot water for tea/coffee. Room was also a little bit warm for my liking and I turned the heater in my room off as soon as I arrived (I was on the first floor).

I love this small and cute hotel and always try to stay there when I come to Geneva. The first thing I do when I look at the booking.com is the availability of rooms exactly there. It is super conveniently located in the heart of the city. Excellent combination of price and quality. Very clean and cozy. The hotel staff are always very kind, supportive and ready to help. Last time my husband and I stayed in a very nice room with a toilet and a bathroom, which was kindly provided to us by a senior manager. We enjoyed our holiday in this lovely hotel! Thanks a lot to the hotel staff!

I needed a short stopover between my train arriving at midnight and one leaving the next morning at 6.30 am. This hotel was perfect - a 6 minute walk, in the centre of the town. The room was better than I expected - clean and neat with a comfortable bed. It was quiet while I was there but one might get traffic noises in the evening and morning. Geneva is an expensive town but this hotel was inexpensive which was a great advantage. Although the bathroom was shared the hotel was quiet and I didn't hear people accessing the bathroom. Communication was excellent ahead of my stay as the desk was going to be unstaffed when I arrived.

I don't have any complaints. It would not be first choice if one were staying for a period and making Geneva one's base - shared bathroom and no breakfast (though lots of excellent options locally). For what I wanted, a stop over near the railway station, it was perfect.

Location & checkin times are great for people trying to find a room early morning. The receptionist is a very pleasant man. Made me feel wecolmed, like a seasoned person in hospitality. Value for money.

The building is a little old, but you get what you pay for ! Price is still quite high for this quality but i guess geneva is more expensive than my expectations

Take the reviews with a pinch of salt! We were so pleasantly surprised and our stay exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal and we felt very safe as female travelers. The man in reception was so helpful and friendly, which really makes a big difference. Our room was also cleaned each day, which we didn’t expect, so another added bonus! In short, don’t be put off by reviews, this place is a great base to explore Geneva from :)

Not much to say!

The staff was very welcoming and gave all the necessary information. The room is small, but for the price and location, it was great! You have to share the bathroom, but only with the same floor, so for us there never was any issue. The room and also the bathroom were perfectly clean and also, even though the place is very central, there was no loud noise coming in. The bed wasn’t the biggest, but again for us it was no issue. Definitely recommend!

The room was cosy, clean and well-maintained. There is a small lift in addition to the staircase given the hotel has quite a few floors, which helps with moving luggage. The location is absolutely perfect - around 5 minutes walk from the main train station and very convenient to the other major areas of Geneva.

It is worth noting that there is a shared bathroom, although it is only shared with a few rooms on the same floor and is cleaned daily. The reception also has fairly short hours from 7am-3pm but we did not have any issues with late check-in.
