Fabulous setting, right in the middle of the Historic centre. Quiet rooms set around a lovely plant-filled courtyard. Huge, comfortable beds, good shower with nice complimentary toiletries. Nespresso machine in room. Lovely staff who provided a simple but delicious breakfast on the courtyard. Water in taps was filtered so you could drink it rather than buying bottles. Added bonus was the small pool you could also use in the sister hotel round the corner. One of the most unique and loveliest places I've ever stayed!

Attractive modern style and good construction. Comfortable bed. The room was very quiet except for the church bells, which we enjoyed. Beautiful courtyard was very pleasant spot for breakfast. Room 8 is worth the price -- includes private terrace. Very clean and modern furnishings, like new.

Breakfast was adequate but not great. No pastry was offered. One day, my omelet was swimming in butter or oil, probably oil. The next day, a different person was cooking, and I asked for that not to be the case, and it was good.

The staff is wonderful and they served a hearty breakfast each morning. Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom large with a nice deep tub. Beautiful view from common rooftop area. It was so close to several squares and many restaurants but it was very peaceful. Thank you Eduardo, Ernestine and Christina!

A small refrigerator would be a great addition to the room.

This is an amazing, well-thought, comfortable and romantic boutique hotel that will be the delight of couples everywhere. It’s a bit pricey, especially if you reserve the king suite, but it’s worth every penny! The accommodation is great, the furniture is cozy and stylish, the bathroom makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The location is unbeatable if you want to visit the many restaurant and night places in Querétaro.

They don’t have parking space nor an agreement with any parking lot nearby, so you’ll have to add that amount to your daily cost. It doesn’t make much sense to use a car in Querétaro downtown anyway.

Very comfortable, stylish, well equipped room hot class wifi. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard for shady breakfast. Shady in late afternoon for reading, relaxing and very pleasant for evening apéro whilst star watching. Breakfast is prepared to your liking.

The location was great. There's a nice pool and daybeds to relax. The hotel street is not busy. Breakfast is delicious.

Since the room entrance is the only source of natural light, there is no chance of having privacy while enjoying indoor sunlight during the day. A solution could be having glass windows on the door and sheer curtains. Toilet didn´t flush properly.

Casa Once is such a charming and pretty hotel. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bathroom amenities and shower were excellent. And my breakfast was delicious. Eduardo, the manager, was excellent to communicate with and the onsite staff were all very pleasant. I would happily stay there again.

Reception area wasn't great and that is the first impression of a registering client, that could improve the inicial criteria of the guest.

Nice location near the old center of Queretaro. Very friendly staff who checked us in and made us a nice breakfast in the morning. The room is very nice, modern and clean.
