Every thing was perfect the manager was very helpful the staff was very helpful will definitely be going back next year fireworks were awesome!

I didn't like using Booking.Com they absolutely screwed me on the price after talking to other guests and finding out they only paid $88 dollars per night Booking.Com charged me $255 per night and a day before my vacation they charged me an additional $229 because they said I didn't fill out log in information quickly enough will never use their service again!!

I wish there was more power outlets in the room. And it would of been nice to plug in phone charger near the bed. I also would suggest a small table to sit at or to put our miscellaneous food items on. We only have the one bureau clutter with all our stuff. A small table would have been very useful. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice to talk to. The check in and check out was very quick and efficient. Overall the stay was worth the price. We would definitely stay again.

We stay here almost every year. The location is perfect walking distance to the attractions and there are several walkways to the beach close by. Room was clean, beds were soft. We like that our car is parked right in front of our room.

The pool is always so very cold even on the hottest days it feels unbearable, but the motel is not at fault.

There is no check in spot so you are forced to park in a numbered spot that most likely belongs to someone else. My spot was used every other time I left it, forcing me to park in someone else's spot. Horrible design. Very stressful and time-consuming for guests. The rooms are what you expect. It is right across from roller-coaster amusement park. Loud till after ten which are quiet hours at hotel--comical. Nonsmoking rooms but people smoke right outside their room and if they're next door through paper-thin walls, you can smell it, and hear every word spoken. Staff is nice. Room is relatively clean. With a few changes it could be worth the money.

Very comfortable beds, mostly clean room. Basic essentials but good for a short stay

AC was very noising…we had to shut it off to sleep which made the room pretty warm. The vents on the front of the ac were covered with what looked like mold which should have been cleaned before room was used.

Our down syndrome daughter LOVES this hotel. Mostly, because everyone is SO friendly & very quick to help us in all request. We asked for chairs, they arrived IMMEDIATELY to our room. Our floor had just been cleaned (wow) but was still wet (safety..) as soon as my husband returned from the office, a person was right behind him with a dry mop ! WOW

It IS noisy in the middle of the night because of the train but that cannot be helped even if the hotel was super insulated for sound...sound proofing....

Bathroom door loudly squeaks, horrible internet connection, no cable tv. You are supposed to have assigned parking however staff let you park in any spot and there were not enough parking spaces. Made parking complicated and frustrating. I vacation here every year, this may be my last going to this location. Chairs that were supplied for sitting out were taken away

Location was the best cause I was with my two young grandkids so it made easy to go back to room for naps and breaks

Found the room to be chilly with ac off!at night. Just wish we could do some heat.

SO closed to the Palace Playland...and our special needs daughter had NO problems walking to & back..SO close. The staff via emails, EVEN CALLED ME!!!..and in person check in .... BEYOND WONDERFUL. We stayed here years ago and the new painting, upgraded room was MUCH NICER

a little noisy, the beautiful blinds did NOT block out ALL light...the broken square piece on the side of the tub that was loose and the worn out condition inside the tub.

Steps to the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the proximity to the train and street action. You have to love a vintage amusement park to appreciate this charming location. The staff were responsive and so helpful. Amenities were adequate. A great place. We will stay again.
