The room is big enough for a solo traveller and provides all the need facilities, like cups, tea, teapot. Downstairs there are cleaning supplies, extra tea, cream, cleaning oil provided. Staff is nice and speaks English. And most important, they provide adaptors for free ;)

The property is conveniently located in front of the train station so I didn’t have to walk a lot with my luggage. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is clean and has everything for a good stay. I stayed only one night and didn’t use any complementary service so I cannot say about those. Positive note: it has washing machine in the common area.

Despite having washing machines, doing laundry costs extra. If it is not stated, it should be in the facility description. Also checkout is at 10am. It was not a problem for me but generally it is at 11am.

Excellent budget option, very clean, located outside the jr nagano train station. So many food options, malls, convenience stores and don quijote services 2 mins away. Great for couples who need a short stay. Staff were very polite, helpful and professional

Toilet cover looked loose and flimsy. It looked like it was going to fall off. No YouTube option on tv, no chrome cast option only tv channel. Channel 101 is the only English speaking channel. These drawbacks didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. We’d definitely come back!

Right next to the station, close to everything. Made the day trips to Tateyama Alpine Route, Obuse, and Matsumoto really easy. Liked that we can use the stairs.

If I have to be super picky - it would be the room size but it’s fairly average compared to other hotels in Japan.

Amazing location just across the road from the main entrance of the train station. Our twin room was much larger than other rooms we had during our stay in Japan friendly staff a very good price here on Booking.com hesitate to stay here again or recommend..

For the price we paid absolutely nothing

Great location across the road from the train and bus station. Room was large by Japanese standards and facilities excellent. Coin operated laundry and microwave available plus extra pillows and other options on each floor. Didn’t inc breakfast but excellent options all around hotel for all meals.

Location to train station and very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary toiletries and condiments available at reception. Staff allowed us to leave luggage with them after checkout, which allowed us to look around a little more before train departure.

Excellent location, great staff who were very helpful. Good facilities- laundry was very good. Good to have access to fresh water and ice, with them being accessible outside the room, with the hotel focussed on less plastic and being environmentally friendly.

The hotel is near Nagano Station. The location was wonderful. The room was bigger than expected and we really enjoyed how clean it was and the little couch that was there. The beds were good.
